Everything was perfect!

Absolute perfection! A complimentary pickup was arranged when we arrived by ferry. Sasha greeted us that morning and made us feel so welcome, such a genuine person! Everything was amazing, particularly the staff, nothing was too big or too small. Our room was available at roughly 10:30/11am which was great! And breakfast, WOW! Everyone must stay here for an incredible experience.

Perfectly located right in the middle of Korcula Town. Sasha who welcomed us was wonderful. So helpful and a lovely person. We had 2 rooms, both of which were a great size. The breakfast both mornings was amazing!

Recently renovated property that was modern yet honoured the old charm. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Dean the host was the best!!! So warm and helpful, made sure we had everything and also shared the fun facts of the hotel and town. I had requested a vegan breakfast, and he went out of his way to discuss preferences and prepared a beautiful tray each morning.

Everything — Dejan was our onsite host — and we have never received such care and attention to detail at any other hotel or resort. He welcomed us with warmth and passion for taking care of us to ensure we were so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The building and our apartment were stunning. Every detail was a perfect combination of historic preservation and modern, clean, and luxurious living. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We will return to Korcula only when the rooms are available as staying at the Zuviteo Residence completed our island experience.

The staff was fantastic! Sasha was incredibly helpful and kind to both my husband and me, truly elevating our stay. The place itself is very centrally located and spotless. I’d highly recommend it.

The decor and the proximity to everything with a parking spot. Sasha was great and so helpful! The breakfast was outstanding! We have stayed at many places in our time and this breakfast was one of the best!

WOW!!!! Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the FABULOUS Sasha, not only with champagne and coffee but also great knowledge of the area and history. Made us feel so special especially for our honeymoon. The room with terrace on the top was absolutely stunning, breakfast was extra special and we will absolutely be back. Sasha, from 1st to last, was a wonderful (as well as entertaining) host! He made it clear from the outset that our time at Zuviteo was to be enjoyed and special...and indeed, it was. The room was stunning, the breakfast served in our room was fabulous, and when we ran into a lost wallet issue, he was there in full for us. We cannot recommend this property enough!

The location is amazing, they organised a golf cart to collect us from the port which was only a 5 minute journey. The residence is beautiful with 5 unique rooms, the beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff are so helpful, they helped us organise winery tours and transport. The breakfast is delicious too.

Very warm welcome to the Zuviteo by Dean. We were shown the overall property. The location was perfect for wondering the little streets of the Old Town finding some interesting restaurants.

Very minor complaint but it would’ve been nice to have bottles of water in the room and a trash can in the bedroom next to the desk.

The best breakfast during my 2 weeks in Croatia! It was the highlight of my day and made me look forward to waking up. The host Dean was wonderful. Short and easy walk from the ferry port. Great location.

Everything was perfect

I got a free upgrade and my room was lovely. Location is perfect in the Old Town. Breakfast was delivered every morning by the host who went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect. Honestly nothing was too much trouble for him. He is what makes this place extra special.
