a) some noise in the double ceiling can be heard during night. b) A lot of wasps during the breakfast on the terrace but if you are careful then there are no attacks and you can enjoy in the fantastic view from the terrace (btw the breakfast is excellent)

friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good value for money (no luxury, but it is really ok). Nice balcony. The hotel is around 700 m walking distance from the beach, it is not on the sea level and is very covenient for the persons who are able to climb little bit after swimming. Quiet place, small hotel. No crowd. Btw, there are a lot of mediteranian plants around the hotel: sage, lavender, olive, cactus, oceanarium ,…, hence, there is a wonderful scent of the Mediterranean all around the hotel.

- The hotel advertises a pool but it is closed - yes, there is sea and the beach, but during storms and bad weather it could be used, especially if people expect it due to advertising. The hotel should therefore not advertise the pool. - My booking stated "Includes taxes and charges", but the hotel additionally charged 2 EUR/person for registration. I know it is little money compared to the price of the stay, but I assumed these are the included "charges" as stated. Moreover, this information about 2 EUR/person is not listed anywhere on their Booking.com offer (or at least I could not find it). The hotel should state this somewhere in the spirit of transparency.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach. The room was really great, spacious and relatively clean. The stairs to the duplex level are a bit awkward (duck stairs), but the duplex level is also very spacious and neat. Air-conditioning is great (although it is central and could be switched only on/off). The staff is freindly. The breakfast is nice (for a couple of days, but for longer stays I would get bored with the same limited offer). All together, the hotel was above my expectations (especially because I was reading some previous reviews) - it is nicely mantained, and everything seems to be more or less in order.

First 4 nights our room was not cleaned properly, only towels were changed. Last day the bedsheets were chaged.

Breakfasts were good, nothing special, but tasty. Room was nice and comfortable for 2 person, as expected. Location is good, could not be better as it is. Staff is really kiand and comunicative.

Large selection for meat eaters at breakfast. Could have been been more variety for others. Mosquito nets at the windows would be nice as the air conditioning is turned off and it was 27-30 degrees C at night in the room.

Hotel very tired, services mostly not available, wi-fi not working, had to change room cause air conditioning was not working. In room where it did it was noisy and we did not have the possibility to adjust the temperature.

I am unhappy about my data being accessible to third parties, I had to pay an extra fee for this accommodation which was not recognised by the hotel and I paid 2x, being very careful when booking a room at this hotel.

AC in our room wasn't working, we changed the room. Breakfast was very poor, every day the same items.

Ladies in reception were very nice. Chambermaids were also nice and helpful.

Our room with a view turned out to be a room on the side of the hotel with only the balcony with a view. The hotel did give us a different room, but it had no working air conditioning and a balcony so small you couldn't sit on it. It took 2 days of complaining before we were moved us to an acceptable room. The manager did give us a discount for our discomfort, but it didn't help that for 2 days we had to sleep with the windows open in a stuffy room and were covered in mosquito bites! We found the breakfast ample but not healthy or local, what you would find in a cheap hotel in Europe. Where is the modern awareness of fresh food, fresh juices, local honeys, tisanes from the hundreds of local herbs? Considering it is the best hotel in the area it could be so much better!

This hotel is situated in an idyllic location - and is ideal for a beach holiday, but also as a base to discover the islands of Cres and Lošinj. It is very quiet and comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We've returned here again and again and again.
