The location was very good,in the old part of town.The room I had was quite small,but had a balcony overlooking the markets in the street and also a view across the water to the new part of Zadar. The bathroom was external,opposite my bedroom and a bathrobe and key was supplied for my exclusive use of the bathroom,which was absolutely spotless.

It could use a larger drying rack but everything else was absolutely perfect!

The floor is a bit old, so you can hear when somebody is walking in the neighboring room that the floor in your room starts to crack. The sound is a bit creepy, especially when it's late, but general soundproofing isn't bad.

Very decent room with a private bathroom outside and a small kitchen. The host is very kind, helpful, and attentive. The room and common space are clean and pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a small fridge as well. The bed is comfortable, and we rest amazingly. The accommodation is next to the city market, where you can find fresh fruits, veggies, meat, fish, and a bakery. The old town is quite small, so you can easily reach every corner in 5-15 min.

Lots of steps to get to the property and it was quite noisy the one night , a local bar had very loud live music but that’s not the property’s fault , but if you stay here you need to know as it may happen when you stay

The smell from the drains

Bud from airport - €5 per person. And apartment only 5 minutes walk from bud stop. The host sent very detailed pictures of how to find and access the property, making entry very easy. Big thumbs up for that. The apartment was small but had everything we needed for 2 nights. It was in great location - very handy for everything. And large supermarket just outside - just off all the market stalls - which were in the square below. A cute little balcony, which was great. There was a shared kitchen with microwave and 2 ring hob. We didn’t have need for it - but good to know it was there. Bathroom was fine - shower was excellent. I would give this apartment 10/10 if it were not for the smell that came up from bathroom drains. You could smell them as soon as you walk into apartment. Would I stay here again …. yes - but they’d need to resolve the drain smell first.

External shower - I didn’t notice when booking that the private shower wasn’t en suite so we had to get dressed to cross shared area to use the bathroom. They provided a lovely towering robe though

The fridge in the room didn’t properly work. It wasn’t cold enough. The fridge in the shared kitchen was good though. So we used that a lot.

Nothing- but note for heavy luggage or mobility issues it is on level 4 in older building with no lift. But great high level view makes up for it.

Great location right in the centre of the old town, and right next to open air fruit market but still quiet. Nicely furnished bedroom with separate bathroom, but with exclusive use and key by our room. It is on level 4 and has exceptional view to market and water from balcony. The host Ivan was very friendly and told us of Zadar's history and places to go. Would love to return some day.
