Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CroatiaDrinks are very reduced in quality - only watered juices. No coffee machines, only from the thermos twice a day. Coffee from the machine should be payed despite the all inclusive option. Bars are sometimes a bit too crowded. Drinks could be improved in general.
Hotel rooms are renovated, it was enough space for two adults and a kid. Rooms are cleaned every day. There are many outdoor activities, beach is very close and the outdoor area is generally clean. Food choice was sufficient and tasted good, there are many options of soup, main courses and salads. Staff is very friendly, polite ladies at the reception are trying very hard to fulfill all wishes.

United KingdomSome staff were a bit grumpy but still very helpful. Pools were rather cold. Drinks menu limited unless you paid extra. Only 1 restaurant. But overall excellent for the price and the resort really exceeded my expectations. The website and Tui should update their website with better photos, it was far more beautiful than the pictures!
The food was tasty, the pools were great and quite a few of them. It was a beautiful resort with a beautiful beach. All the decor was chic and elegant and stylish, lots of places to sit and relax. Our suite was very spacious and lovely. Wine and beer was nice on tap! Like a village with lots of greenery which I love.

PolandThe hotel advertises itself as 4 stars, but in reality it is far from this standard. I booked through Booking and unfortunately it turned out to be my first very negative experience. A lot of important information was not provided in advance. Pools are only partly free, sunbeds near the sea or with a sea view cost 10 EUR per person per day, towels are extra charge, and even the safe in the room is paid. For a place that calls itself all-inclusive, this is unacceptable. Food was the biggest disappointment. Meals were not tasty, there was no variety, and some dishes were clearly recycled 2–3 times, just mixed with other leftovers and served again. At first the buffet looks big, but when you actually look closer, there is very little to eat, especially for kids. Alcohol was awful – the beer was always watered down so much it was undrinkable, and anything normal you had to pay for separately. Coffee was only available in the morning from thermoses, and there was no coffee machine at all, which I have never seen in a 4-star hotel. If you wanted coffee later in the day, you had to buy it. Milk was also only available in the morning, so giving cereal to a child at lunch or dinner was impossible. The same with cold cuts for sandwiches – only in the morning. Honestly, for an all-inclusive this food and drink service was a complete shock. The rooms were another disappointmentu. They looked nothing like the photos on Booking – very small, outdated and cramped. The “double bed” was just two singles pushed together, the balcony was tiny and uncomfortable, and in the bathroom there was only liquid soap. No shower gel, no shampoo, nothing. In one room the soap dispenser didn’t even work. The fridge in one room was a bit bigger, but in the other it was so tiny a 1.5L bottle didn’t even fit. Yes, there was air conditioning, but that was the only real positive. Service was also poor.
The only thing I truly liked is that it is in Croatia. Croatia is beautiful, the sea is warm, and it is impossible not to love the country itself. The only positive aspect of the hotel is its large territory – and that’s all.

HungaryEverything was wonderful. The environment, the room, the food selection. Most of the staff were really nice. They fulfilled all our special requests. The beach is rocky, but the water is crystal clear.

United KingdomThe food is very repetitive. We struggled after a few days. It is a very strange set up as you are allocated a restaurant on arrival and are not allowed in any others on the complex. It seems they are operated by different companies. Hygiene is dubious because the serving utensils are often just put back by other guests into the food dishes rather than the plates provided allowing for contamination of the food. Myself and two daughters were all sick for 24 hours, one after the other. The rooms are small and the bathroom was substandard, very dated, mold on walls and tile grout. We booked last minute, so only standard rooms available, ours was located on the ground floor which is down stairs from reception area but at ground level externally. The external “terrace” was small and uninviting so we didn’t use it except to dry wet towels and costumes. The corridor to the room was full of small flies.
The location is good. A short, pleasant walk into Supetar, which is a lovely little harbour town with bars, restaurants and shops. It is also right by the beach (pebble), although the beach is quite narrow but there are plenty of activities and a number of bars. None are connected to the hotel, so expect to pay. The Lennox pool was nicer, quiet and only kids over 12 allowed but you have to pay extra 3 euros each per day and it only opens 11am until 6pm and they are packing up around you from 5.30. You also have to pay extra for any drinks there (even water) which is bizarre as you can just walk a short distance to the other pool bar to get the included drinks. If we didn’t have the Lennox pool, our holiday would have been worse, as the other pools and the beach were noisy and overcrowded (for our taste), so it was worth paying extra for.
