The breakfast is fine for the price, but the variety should be better.

The owner and the staff are extremely friendly, they will try to do their best no matter what. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and city centre, but far enough to be quiet in the evening. And the best restaurant in the city is just a corner away.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. When we arrived at around 2:30 PM, our room was not yet ready, which was quite frustrating, especially as we were traveling with a 5-month-old baby. Having to wait in the lobby for our room to be prepared at that time of day seemed unreasonable. Additionally, most of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit difficult. Better preparation in these areas would enhance the overall experience.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa San Rocco Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The warm atmosphere and personal attention added a nice touch to our stay.

Nice family-run hotel in a great location in Medulin. Rocco is a very friendly host, joining guests every morning for breakfast. Limited parking inside the hotel gates, but plenty of extra parking directly across the road. Comfortable room with a nice little patio. Good airconditioning, good wifi. Short 5 minute walk to the lively marina area with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Included breakfast has a good variety and great fresh caffe latte.

Wi-Fi did not work in our room, located in the last floor and in the back of the b&b, so a repeater would be needed as guests probably did not have signal (at least us).

Very nice stay in Medulin, near Pula. Great breakfast, very friendly staff and room. Swiming pool (it was cold, we did not use); best thing: parking included.

Very attentive service during breakfast, our host took time to talk to every guest, made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We had a very good sleep.. My wife loved the romantic balcony, perfect space to relax. We went to several fabulous sights, such as the Colosseum in Pula and the beautiful beaches of Kamenjak.

The Location was really great, i personally loved it. The only thing I have to mention the beds are kind of rock hard. But the rest was perfect.

There was no drying rack for the towels and our wet beach clothes to dry. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbours screaming and talking. There was no hair conditioner provided only a 2-in-1 shower gel / shampoo. Parking area is very small and it was difficult to get out because the owner’s car often parked there blocking the way.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Within a few minutes walk you can reach basically everything, shops, gas station, restaurants etc. The interior of the hotel is very pretty and the staff is nice. The bed was comfy and there was an AC in the room which was very useful. We also had a nice balcony. Breakfast was OK (but a bit repetitive and not so many choices).

No free airport shuttle as listed. Shower was cold. Bed was not so comfortable. One light in the bathroom was not working, so it was super dark. (Villa 13)

Very friendly staff. I was the only guest in the building for most of the stay, and they prepared me personal breakfast every day. The owner helped organize a taxi for me to/from Pula because I didn’t have a rental car. Location of the villa is perfect walking distance to local restaurants and the marina.

Owner of the flat was not honest at all. We accidentely broke a small lamp. Hé asked us 30 euros for something that couldn’t worth more than 10 euros in any kind of shop for thaïs kind of ultra low-cost quality material. Welcome is something unknown in this location. In this Bed (We don’t évent speak of the quality of the bedding!!! 🤐)& Breakfast, Tourists during the summer périod are just wallet to empty as fast as possible!!! Run away as fast as possible! Many better places to sleep!!!
