We had a wonderful time at this property. The access to the sea is just a few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for guests – a real highlight for relaxation. The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't operate properly, although they sent for a technician. I didn't like the fact that guests are "locking" seats at the beach before they arrive, but I assume this is how things work worldwide, and the place can't do much about it.

Antonela and her brother were very nice and helpful. The location was great - just on the beach, and within walking distance from restaurants, supermarket, the city bazaar, etc. The Breakfast was also diverse and rich. The yard was also comfortable. Having a quiet coffee in the morning on the beach was awesome.

It is impossible to find antrhing!

Hotel is great! Sunbeds are free included towels! We need to do 5 steps to sea! And the most important - owner Antonela - she is helpful, nice, joyful and so pretty! She is just like her Villa - just Wonderful!

The room was fine, but a bit small to meet 'exceptional.'

Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choice: croissants, freshly cooked eggs to order, lots of (dried) fruit and nuts, yogurt, pastries, bacon and sausage, avocado on little toasts - huge variety of fresh, healthy, tasty food. Make your own hot drinks, tables and chairs in the garden. Garden was delightful. Lots of nooks to sit /lie in, and gives on to a small area next to the sea. There are no sandy beaches in this town, just piers and occasional gravel beaches, but Vicko provides loungers, beach towels and it's altogether a lovely spot. Our room was ground floor and the door opened into the garden. We had a table and chairs outside. Efficient AC. Loved the walk into town along the seawall.

Family run business. Clearly stand out around other villas in the region. Good location, sea view rooms, well made breakfast and very clean. You walk to the sea right out of the back garden. Also parking is very convenient. There is a restaurant called Ante near by has high quality grilled dishes .

Nothing, this place had it all. We loved it and will always recommend it to anyone who is traveling in the area. We can't think of anything to make it better.

Villa Vicko was an absolutely perfect place to stay along the coast as we traveled from Zagreb to Split. It was easy to find, had lots of parking, super friendly staff, and was an incredible facility. The view was amazing, as was the access to the beach for swimming. There are also tons of restaurants nearby within walking distance for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and they even made custom eggs for us as a perk!

Everything was super.

Immaculately clean. Staff were always around cleaning inside and out. Staff very helpful and friendly. So lovely having space in front of hotel right on the beach. Nice vibe with families and friends enjoying themselves. Again, you’d see the staff sweeping and cleaning the area each evening. There were enough sunloungers for all the guests plus they were free. Breakfast was outstanding. Parking was easy. Lots of restaurants and bars and supermarkets within metres of the property.
