How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Easy to walk the town and the parking spot available. The host Ivana was super welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the city and the bar restaurant! She was the best host we had in our 3 weeks trip around Croatia.

Wonderful location as it's near the sights, and also in a nice neighborhood. The room is large, well furnished, excellent A/C, and roomy bathroom and shower. Host Ivana very helpful and welcoming. Definitely a good place to stay.

The property was very nice and clean. Close to the peer, public beach, market and old town. There were supermarkets close by and nice restaurants. The host Ivana was the best, she welcomed us with cold beer and fruits. She got us anything we needed. She also showed and with places to visit and eat. She was the best!

All good.
Fabulous location in a shaded residential area only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the old town and 10 mins to public beach. Room was meticulously maintained and clean. Host was exceptionally helpful during check in and following out stay to track down some lost clothing. Thanks again Ivana !

Amazing apartment hotel! Very clean, great location, in a very quiet street. The host is super kind and helpful. Upon arrival, she gives you all the information about the city, good places to go, etc. I 100% recommend it — don’t hesitate! It truly feels like home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The location was in a very pleasant and quiet area. However, it was just a little further out of the centre of Split than was ideal for us, particularly in the very hot period we were there!
We received a very warm welcome and the room was lovely - comfortable, well equipped and a good size.

Wished location was just a tiny bit closer to the old town, but very manageable walk.
Hostess was incredible and personable. Very comfortable bed and large enough size room & bath.

Well located in Split, Ivana welcomed our family with plenty of information about local attractions and places to eat, she assisted in our needs and requested effortlessly and with great service. We booked for 4 families and each room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Only a 10 min walk to beaches and close to plenty of food options. Onsite parking was as also helpful.

The front desk is not staffed at all time. We got in a little earlier than expected and had a difficult time reaching the host to let us in. Praise God another resident came out and allowed us to use his local phone to connect us. Also, the location was on a side street filled with parked cars so if you plan to drive, be very careful
I really enjoy the space available to our family. The kids had room to move around the different rooms and enjoyed the extra space unlike in a hotel room.

it looks like the hotel uses AI on whatsApp which is great but misleading as I got worried and ended up having to call the hotel to get what I wanted. Perhaps they were very busy
the room was simply awesome and exceeded my expectations. Great views too. staff was most helpful and friendly. great value for money for sure. Ihave told a lot of my friends about it

We stopped here for one night before heading to Hvar. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Parking was easy. Ivana so helpful, gave us many recommendations on local food and even provided us with a suggested itinerary for our Hvar trip which we ended up following and loving!

A beautiful old house, with quiet rooms and a lovely garden to sit out in. The room was very tastefully decorated, with a good shower and bathroom. Tea & Coffee making facilities, and a proper hairdryer. Nice view from the room. The location is fine if you're fairly fit as it was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the old town and/or the harbour. Quiet street & lovely welcome...... and the wi-fi was good!

This was a great place to stay in Split. The room was wonderful and the host is even better. She gave great recommendations for restaurants, things to do and ‘traveling hacks’ in Split. Highly recommend it.

The property was really beautiful and cozy. You could see a lot of care has gone into the aesthetic appeal of the rooms. Free parking on the street makes it ideal for tourists who are driving. It’s around 15-20 mins walk to the marina. Ivana was a lovely host, very approachable and helped us so much

There were tea and coffee making facilities, but a small supply of milk would have been good.
Lovely big room, tastefully furnished and very clean. Nice garden outside. The host was very helpful and friendly.
