A very nice hotel on a good location, the beach is only 2 minutes. It has a swimming pool. The friendliness of the staff is super. A real good breakfast. In fact everything was very good. A special thanks to the leady who runs the place she is so nice and willing to help she deserves a lot of credit.

Very nice Villa with extremely friendly staff, always on hand and accommodating. Quiet area of Lovran allowing for uninterrupted sleep. Internal pool great when raining. Would stay again.

Hotel Villa Vera is a jewel rack! Family owned, it is a magnificent small hotel in very quiet neighborhood in Lovran. Our room was immaculately clean with nice terrace to enjoy wine. The owners are gracious, kind and treat you as an honored guest. Allow plenty of time to relax and enjoy an amazing breakfast☺️😋! It is really something. In good weather sit on patio for maximum enjoyment. All-in-all Villa Vera is a fabulous place to stay. Definitely allow time to stroll 2 minutes down to the path along the Adriatic. We walked it for 2. 5 hrs after breakfast and it was magnificent. A must do.

Uruguayom the moment we arrived at Villa Vera, we were warmly welcomed by the kind receptionist, who made us feel right at home. The suite was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. Our stay was truly enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was excellent. Many different delicious foods. Dunja was excellent host. Location was excellent, my husband and I enjoyed so much. Located right by the Adriatic Sea. From the Villa nice path through the little park leading to the Sea trail. On this trail you can see old aristocratic beautiful villas. Greenery is absolutely beautiful with so many different shades of green and gardens are well kept. Room is very nice has balcony were I enjoy sunshine every morning. Bed very comfortable.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very kind and professional and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable the entire property was extremely clean, the pool was very relaxing at the end of a sea day. The hotel is located just a short 2 minute walk down to a sea walk which you can use to walk around most of the nearby coastline with numerous entrances to the sea water. We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at The Hotel Villa Vera.

United StatesJust FYI - The regular brewed coffee was not to our liking. But, we asked for espresso machiattos, and Dunja happily made them for us and they were good.
Family owned/run hotel; Dunja is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, rooms spacious, beds are comfortable. We had an upgraded room on floor 3. Each balcony had a little bistro table & chairs where we could sit, have a drink and relax. It was lovely to also be able to sit in the room with the balcony doors wide open for the fresh air. Heated floor & towel bars controlled by you in the room (as opposed to being centrally turned on/available for certain time periods in the AM & PM, which we experienced elsewhere in our travels). This is convenient for those who are handwashing items on a long trip. The housecleaning staff was simply lovely—very friendly, welcoming and did a good job. So adorable! Breakfast offering was good—including they will make you eggs to order. A very good value offered for what we paid. We would DEFINITELY stay there again if revisiting Lovran (which is quite likely as it is very charming!)

Clean, next to the beach. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist is very nice and provided us with ice for our cooler.
