+ seeview and balcony + heat capacity of the building is pretty good, it stays cool even when its hot outside + AC works well, has many settings and is quiet + beach is just 1 street away, you can go there for a quick session + shop is a few minutes away + main road is further away + parking + welcoming host + kitchen utility

- walls are like paper, you hear the neighbours even if they are just speaking. The room is not appropriate if you just want to chill in the hotel the whole day. - sometimes cigarette smoke came through the ventillation in the bathroom - the bed is uncomforatble

To everyone who reads reviews before choosing a hotel this is for you - book and don't hesitate. I am writing a review about room 3A on the third floor 4 local.I am with my wife and child 5 years 1- the view from the balcony is amazing, the room and the hotel is very clean 2- two separate double beds in different rooms 3-spacious room 4- this is the only room in the last 4 years of travel where the room was ALL. That we didn't have to buy anything. 5- the sea 2 minutes, a lot of beaches for children and for those who want to jump off the pier. If you go a little further you will be apart from everyone else to enjoy the sea. 5-Sea must take a mask for snorkelling. The sea is clean. 6-tiho calm and clean on the streets One small disadvantage is few shops and restaurants. But plus they are all near the hotel

Very nice, near beach, pub, restaurant

This place is simply charming, in our apartment there was really a lot of space, a huge bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The hosts have positive energy, we had the comfort of keeping our bikes in the storage room or in the apartment like other cycling guests and there were a lot of them. A nice beach is a few dozen meters from the building and you can find a place in the shade. Nearby there is a shop, restaurants and bakeries, you can live there without a car. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is 2 mins away from the beach. When we arrived, the flat was super tidy and neat and smelled super fresh. All the utensils in the kitchen help us to make our own food. I made a mistake on the number of adults when I made the reservation, and the owner Ivanna was super kind to allow the extra adult staying. Without paying extra.

wonderful place, the owners were very nice and helpful, the apartment was clean, well-equipped, a beautiful view from the balcony, and it was also close to a quiet beach which suited us very well, restaurants and shops nearby, a great place to explore the area, nearby Split, Trogir, Sibernik, etc., I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in Croatia

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches (to choose from), very symaptayczni hosts, helpful, hospitable. The apartment is clean, well equipped. If someone needs, there are restaurants nearby, there is a shop nearby. Not far from Trogir, Split, but unlike these places there is no such crowding.

Simply amazing. I didn't have any issue. Before I booked this apartament I was worried about localisation, cause it's a village and I had a car only for a few days. But you can find everything what you gonna need to relaxing holiday in this area. Small shop, restaurants, beach bars, some entertainment as well. There's quite and so so beautiful views! If you would like to party - Trogir is close enough (Split a bit further, but still ok) The room was big and comfy, fast WiFi, no problems with LTE network as well. Air conditioning working well and a very powerful stream from the shower - nice tuch! And the most important - owners - lovely family! They care about this place and their guests. Very helpful and kind people. Ivana speak fluently in English. I recommend this place!
