The host was very nice and responsive, the apartment very clean with all you need incl. air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location was more than convenient with a grocery store next door and the beach ca. 10-minute walk away.

There wasn’t much of a seaview from my room because the street blocked it, as I was on the ground floor, although one can say I had a huge balcony (walkway). Hot water was also limited when showering.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Aleksandra and Rosie were prompt and responsive. The apartment was about 10-15 mins walk to Rovinj Old Town, and the view along the street just outside the apartment was great. The air conditioner was a huge lifesaver in summer!

I was told I could park nearby from the second day, so I organised my programme in a way to meet the timing of swapping the parking lot. Then it turned out that it was only possible on the next day. Had I known that, I could have saved some hours of my holidays. Late check-out is overpriced.

I was in an apartment with a kitchen, but no sea view. It was completely equipped and very clean, nice and comfortable. Location is excellent, beach and city are in walking distance. Hosts shared the location of free parking, again, not very very far from the apartment. I booked an apartment without kitchen by mistake and the host was flexible in changing it.

Aleksandra i Ruzica su nas sjajno ugostile, obezbedile nam parking pored zgrade, dale dodatne peskire, a lepo smo se i ispricali... Soba cista, lepo sredjena, sve je novo. Odlicna pozicija, odmah pored Rovinj Photo Pointa - svako jutro bi iznosili espresso iz apartmana, da sednemo na sam mol i pijemo kafu sa (zvanicno) najlepsim pogledom na stari grad. Svaka preporuka!

I believe parking should be included

Rooms at studio Villa were very nice and clean. It had a beautiful view of rovinj . Which is absolutely my favorite place in Croatia the host was very responsive. It was only five minutes walk to the city, but very close to the beaches as well.

This is an amazing apartment located halfway between the beach and downtown. The room was spotless, and the host was extremely pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

No coffee, no oil/salt/pepper for cooking, no shampoo or conditioner. Ran out of TP and hand soap the first night so bought more at supermarket bc didn’t want to bother the staff late as there is no one on-site.

Wonderful location super central but still quiet and peaceful at night. Hosts/staff were responsive meeting us with keys and answering questions. Air conditioning in both rooms! Didn’t even know a kitchen/sitting room was included in our booking, amazing space for the price.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Its very close to the beach and walkable distance to the city. There is also a supermarket 10meters away and a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants. We very much recommend.

As mentioned in the description, there are options to park nearby but most are paid parking. The free parking is about 10-15mins walk away as expected.

The location was near to most bars and restaurants as well as near the marina for a nice walk after dinner. It is also quite near the old town which is about 10-15mins walks to reach. The place is also fairly near the beaches (for about 15-20mins) if you want a quieter and less rocky beach. The host was really warm and friendly.

We spent 5 days at Villa Rossella 2 Eufemia studio. The location of the house is unique and wonderful, we had a window directly overlooking the harbour. In front of us 10 meters from the sea, within a few meters 3 restaurants and a supermarket. The studio was on the first floor. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning works. We had a dog, also with is - well accepted. We could keep the car in the closed courtyard. This is a big word in Rovinj where there is a fight for every parking space. There was good and friendly communication with the host and also with Rovinj Advisor.

There was no window on our apartment, only the door. It was sold as sea view, but it’s was rather a street view and a building and you could partially see the see if you were in front of the apartment, not from it. We could hear every step from the apartment above us.

The housekeeper didn't leave us an extra key at first, after we asked her for an extra key, it wasn't the apartment key, and then she accused us of stealing the key, and the key was left on the table. Also, let's mention that she didn't even come personally to get the keys. The apartment smelled of dampness, the water from the tap seemed like it had never been run and had a terrible taste. The WiFi code was not left anywhere, the instructions from the TV were not left anywhere, and the language of the TV was in Hungarian and the bed was rocking. Also, a colleague who was in another apartment realized upon her return that she had left an expensive charger in the apartment, and after calling the housekeeper, she was very rude and said that the charger was waiting for her in the apartment and that she did not want to send it to another city because "we didn't give her the key back". All in all, a bad experience.

Only location is good.
