We really liked how well the house was equipped. Everything you might need during the stay was there, including some games and also surprisingly toilet paper for the whole stay, which is not common in Croatia. The house was perfectly cleaned, it was maintained and equipped with love, a lot of small decorations that made us feel as at home. Zvonimir was very nice, he explained us everything when we arrived including a small welcome gift. Thank you!

We came with a dog; you should know that the house shares fenced garden also with other 2 houses. It was OK for us but in case there would be someone who does not like dogs, it might be an issue.

We met our host near the harbor as he very graciously offered to give us a ride to the villa. The property is positioned pretty much between two towns so we were very grateful. The communication with the host was seamless, Zvonimir went out of his way to make us feel at home, and we felt welcomed from the first moment. The home is well equipped, has everything you could possibly need for a 10-day visit (and more). The pool is heated so even on a cloudy day we managed to take full advantage of it. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are amazingly soft. We even had extra ergonomic pillows in the storage in case we needed it, but even my partner, who suffers from bad neck and back, said that she slept great. The house has three outside sitting areas with comfortable seating, so we spent all our time pretty much outside. The property is in a quiet area, and the loudest thing was the cicadas, birds and waves, which you'll agree, is nothing to complain about. The beach is 50 meters down the slope, and a real gem. Just make sure you bring your water shoes, as the pebbles on the beach can be pretty punishing on your feet. There are two bicycles available at the property which meant we could zoom down to Sutivan in just 10-15 minutes, which made the store runs and restaurant visits really convenient. Sutivan is a small town, but still has a few good restaurants in the old town area, and you can ride the bike right next to the sea, which was an amazing experience. Just some 500-600 meters up the hill from the property, there's a nice restaurant (Grill Garden) which we visited twice while we were there, and both times we were extremely pleased. We're already considering going back next year!

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Our stay was amazing. The only thing I'd note is that if you're planning to bring your pet, keep in mind that the area isn't fenced, and the other two properties on that lot are pretty close, so make sure your pooch reacts to training.
