The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing. It looked exactly like the photos. The sheets and bed were super comfortable. The parking lot is nearby (a 6-minute walk). You’ll need to go up a few stairs to the apartment, but the view from the apartment is absolutely worth it. Speaking of the view… WOW! It’s magical just sitting there, enjoying the moment. Even though the apartment is across from a small port, the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The soundproof windows help, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. In fact, I slept like a rock the entire stay! We truly felt at home. Marija is an incredible host. The check-in, check-out, and parking all went smoothly thanks to her clear instructions and assistance. She’s easy to communicate with, friendly, responsive, helpful, and above all, kind. On our last day, my husband had to go to the ER due to food poisoning. It was a long night, and finding another place to stay for his recovery would’ve been difficult. Even though she had another guest arriving, Marija kindly arranged for us to stay one extra night so he could rest before our long journey home. There are things in life we simply can’t thank enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Marija! You and your lovely home will not be forgotten. We’ll definitely miss Jelsa and hope to return soon for another wonderful, relaxing vacation. P.S. Don’t hesitate to purchase the dried lavender and lavender oil available at the apartment. They’re among the best I’ve ever bought. Perfect for a relaxing bath and a beautiful reminder of this magical place.

The host was very kind, we didn't have transportation to Jelsa from the ferry and the host waited for us on the ferry and brought us to Jelsa.

Can’t think of anything

The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Hop off the ferry and walk 2 minutes and there it was with Marje waiting for us. It was cool outside but the heater inside was wonderful. The shower was great. We felt at home.

There was no iron to take the creases out of our clothes after unpacking our bags.

The location is perfect to experience how beautiful it is to wake up next the harbour each morning. The apartment is decorated to a lovely warming home specification that makes you love the apartment as soon as you walk into it.

If you came across this apartment, look no further. Exceptionally central location right on the waterfront, steps from the sea, restaurants and cafes. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hostess provided lots of useful information and was always available for any questions.

Amazing location right in the centre of Jelsa with a view over the harbour. The room has a small table against the window with an amazing view. The host met us at the parking location to show us the carpark and take us to apartment. Plenty of information provided as well on what is around and things to see.

Amazing location and wonderful host. Everything you need was there. The area is great as you could sit on the balcony and see the water, but walk into the square for food, gelato or coffee.

Everything was absolutely brilliant from our host Marija to location apartment is situated, surroundings, bar and restaurants, wine museum, everything is very near by. We will definitely be back to this heaven.

Very friendly owner. Exciting and very clean accomodation. Villa Riva is probably best place in town, directly at the harbour. Since the the area is closed for any private car traffic it's getting quiet in the night to enjoy a good sleep.
