The location next to the entrance to old town gate was excellent. Great private deck and a very large communal deck. Beautiful views and everything you need for a great stay. Restaurants very close by.

Could have a BBQ on top of their terrace, but understand why with trying to clean as not all customers would want clean after use.

Location, location and location, just outside the Wall and then an easy stroll into the old town city within the wall. Mia and Meko were superb host, who provided so much information and recommendations on where to go to eat as what to see in Dubrovnik. Would even recommend doing the Tuk Tuk tour to get a better appreciation of the view from above.

Mia was incredibly helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. She organised our airport pick-up, booked our taxi, and even contacted our next accommodation on our behalf. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on how to get around by bus. The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything, with a beautiful rooftop to enjoy. Nothing negative to say—highly recommend!

The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the entrance to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The shared terrace was a real highlight, with beautiful views of the city walls and the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Even when the airline lost my luggage, Mia and Miho were incredibly helpful and kind. They let me borrow a charger and when it arrived, placed my luggage in my room. Their hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. Mia and Miho were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I honestly couldn’t recommend this accommodation more — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

You could hear noise from the apartment above from furniture moving around but didn't really bother me as they went to sleep at a similar time!

Incredible stay at this local family run property! I loved every second in Dubrovnik and this stay made it! I loved the terrace in particularly - I sat up there each morning with my breakfast. Could not get a better location.

The hotel had a very nice terrace to enjoy the view and the nice climate. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with soap and amenities. Mia was an excellent host, very helpful, responsive, and resourceful. The location was also very good, only a minute walk to the Old Town. We had an amazing stay.

Could not have been a more perfect location. Just steps from the Dubrovnik Gate. Easy access to good food options. (Try the Smashburger. It was great.). The apartment was charming and well stocked.

These are tiny little things and it's more of a personal thing but the sheet get coming off the mattress every time I turned, my partner was not bothered by this though, it was just me. Also it would have been nice to have a sun lounger on the patio but this may have changed the vibe. Neither of these things were a deal breaker and I would definitely return to the property.

The accommodation is very close to the gate of the old town and about 30 mins from the airport. Despite our delayed flight the host was at the accommodation to meet us and show us around and give a little advice on places of interest etc. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The premises were very clean and everything worked. It was nice to relax on the patio in the evenings and everywhere felt safe.

Excellent location, just 50 meters or so to the entry gates of Old Town (with the added bonus of car access meaning one doesn’t have to drag suitcases through the pedestrian only Old Town). The shared terrace was beautiful and a great spot to relax with a bottle of wine out of the hustle and bustle. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The first night when we took the shower, the hot water seems not warm enought. However, we called the owner to fix the problem, and it get better the following days.

The location is really close to the old town gate, it's good and easy to enter the old town. Mia, the owner is also very friendly and nice, she helps us a lot and recommend very good restaurants in the old town🙂 Many many thanks to her!
