For the price paid, breakfast could be a bit better. It is likely adjusted for German taste, but overall quality and variety could be improved. The mattress is not the most confortable for hotel standards.

Staff is friendly and you have a beautiful view of the beach from your room. A nice beach is nearby and the small town of Stikovica, with different restaurants. You just need to be aware that It is not Dubrovnik town, and while close, you will likely need a car or a taxi. It has its pros and cons, It is also way less crowded than downtown, so It depends on your personal preferences.

Amazing pool on a beautiful bay. But it is not easy to get to town without a car. Bus is infrequent and uber is unreliable.

The hotel location is amazing. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Stayed in a family room with my wife and two young children. Kids enjoyed the pool which is well maintained. 10min walk to the beach which was very convenient. Nice two seaside restaurants by the beach is a plus.

There’s a little wear and tear to the room that needs a little work. Didn’t detract from the overall experience but it presented some challenges.

The breakfast not much options with food. No supermarket or places to eat apart from one and a pizza place. If you had a car all good but Ubers ended up costing a lot everyday but fine if you’re just staying in one location.

You really need to hire a car to get anywhere as there are no supermarkets nearby and only 2 small restaurants at the bottom of the cliff. The buses are very few and far between and the timetable is a bit hit and miss.

Amazing views from the balcony and the pool. Very well appointed room and everywhere was very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

There is nothing close by, even the two restaurants on the beach are a long way down hill. Is like a 25min ride from the Old Town.

It was nice to have a pool with this hot weather. Good buffet breakfast included.

Overall it's a newish hotel that is approaching the time of a lot of deep cleaning and minor repairs. Lots of scuffs on walls. Plastering here and there. Staff ok Bit noisy with banging doors

Pool location is the best feature. Not open at night😉 Nesting birds in the balcony. Location has excellent views over the inlet and island 1km away...Lopud etc Great sunsets behind the hills. There's a strange lift in a layby that goes down to the road below for reception. You'll see. The hotel is basically just on a bend below the coastal road. With no left turn legally!

The breakfast was slightly disappointing - not too much to select from in the first place and some dishes which had been available were back-filled very slowly. The coffee was not good.

The view over the Zaton bay was really great and I learned they have a roof-top swimming pool as well, but I did not have time to check it out. The star was friendly and there was parking available in front of the hotel.

There is a wonderfull view in front of the hotel. Also the beach downside the hotel was cute and lovely. The undersea was so vital.

The door lock was broken. At the booking we were not informed that the swimming pool was closed. It was difficult to find the place, and google maps was leading to different turn based on the asdress. Also the bathroom was not clean enough. However, it was the cheapiest stay of all.

The shower head was mouldy and the grout around the edging was terrible. The room could do with a fresh coat of paint as there were paint scuffs everywhere.

The pool, bed and value for money was good. The views were also great overlooking the sea. Easy place to stay if you're not spending too much time in it.
