The cigarette smell throughout the building. The rooms are no smoking but outside and balconies allow smoking so the smell is all around.

The location is fantastic! Wonderful ocean view with bars and restaurants right out the door! Easy bus ride to Trogir and then Split is no problem.

The room is not very big but at least we had a balcony overlooking the sea. The shower a bit small and when you open de door, it’s hard not to have water on the floor.

Amazing location, just across the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The view from our room was beautiful. The restaurant was just below us, and we were lucky enough to hear live music sitting on our balcony watching the sunset. Easy access to the old town, and car parking a plus.

The internet was pretty bad, which was the only thing we could complain about the stay. On the other hand, there's free wi-fi on the beach! And that one worked great. If you're not working, you should be fine, but if you need internet in the room to be fast, beware. I made a comment to the staff, but all I got was a shrug. lol

The description is accurate, and the location is simply amazing. The room was clean, the beds were firm and comfortable, the shower and AC worked really well. The rooms are right above a restaurant, but there are plenty of other options within walking distance.

Parking was a bit trouble, We were expecting a dedicated parking as was promised and also provided. Nevertheless, when we removed the car to go out for dinner, it was taken over by someone else, and had to look for public parking after.

We had a double room with a balcony, but the room was very small and there was nowhere to put your suitcase.

Room was clean, sea view from the balcony, Very comfortable to sleep, quiet. You can dine in the restaurant downstairs, and if you're a hotel guest, there's a discount on lunch and dinner. Everything is delicious. Very good service, everyone speaks several languages, I liked everyone.

The budget double room is small, especially its bathroom, but for sleeping and having shower it is totally okay. The sunbeds and umbrellas are expensive on the beach (a set of 2 beds+umbrella is 30 €/day).

The host and waiter at the hotel are very nice, the beds are comfortable (rather hard mattress), the cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, aircon working perfectly. Very good breakfast, made freshly for your order. Parking for the guests of the hotel is guaranteed. Location is great, across the street the beautiful crystal clear sea is perfect both for adults and kids. Toilets and showers are available on the beach. Many food and beverage options, shops, bars at the seaside. Water taxi (shuttle) to Trogir is comfortable, takes about 20 minutes, practically every 15 minutes there's a boat till late evening.

A busy road to cross to the beach.

Lovely place. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location across from an excellent beach. Breakfast was delicious, extremely generous and freshly prepared. Staff were kind and helpful.

It does not have a balcony or terrace, but it has direct access to the parking space, which is right behind the building. The room is almost entirely occupied by the bed. The bathroom is also very small, it can make it difficult for bigger people. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Located right above the restaurant of the same name, very easy to find and accessible, the apartment is, I think, the smallest of the whole villa, yet comfortable. The kitchenette is very well equipped. The included breakfast is varied and filling. The staff is very kind. All in all, a good, fair value for money.
