Excellent location just a 1 minute walk to the beach, the apartment was brand new with everything you need. The owner was amazing, helped us with any problems we had, let us leave our car there and stay by the pool after check out and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left :) The bar was lovely so were the cocktails ! Would highly recommend going there for a drink when you stay, better than any other cocktail bar in rabac. Will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole villa, including the apartment, was spotless and well-maintained. We appreciated the little extras like beach towels, which were a nice touch. Parking was easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with strong WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. One of the best – if not the best – accommodations we’ve ever stayed in, definitely comming back soon!

Where do I start, me and my wife travel about half of the year around the world, staying in sterile 5 star hotels, this wonderful place is better than most of these hotels it is 5 stars and more, Tadijan and his family are the perfect hosts, nothing is a problem, wonderful people, amazingly clean and beautiful views!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The location couldn't be better - just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our vacation. Having a dedicated parking spot was incredibly convenient and took away any stress about finding parking. The hosts were absolutely fantastic - genuinely warm and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach vacation rental.

The location was very convenient - so close to the sea and all the restaurants, and a small supermarket nearby. The host was excellent - very welcoming and friendly, ready to help with all our needs. The Villa was spotless and clean - both inside and out. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Bedrooms were good size, plenty of storage, TV and bathroom for each bedroom. Beds were amazingly comfortable! The pool area was lovely, small but plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and drinks service to the pool if desired. Very relaxed vibe - we will return!

Really only point: The floor in the pool area is very slippery - we recommend to wear shoes - especially children.

The apartment is super! It was the cleanest apartment we have ever been to. The furniture is high quality, there was more than enough space/cupboards for the all the stuff of the 5 of us - they really thought about how to furniture the apartments so that you as guests have an easy and pleseant stay. There is a washing machine as well as a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need - including cups and plates for children, far enough glasses, brand-new sponges & tabs for the dishwasher. The hosts welcomed us very warmly, gave us recomendations, were almost always around the apartments (they live in the building) and very helpful. Villa Nina is within 1 or 2 mins walking distance to the sea, while the more beautiful beaches are within a walking distance of about 5-10mins. Rabac is a very touristic summer-place, while Labin (10mins by car) is a very nice old town, definitely worth visiting and having dinner there. Our apartment had a very large terrace, where we enjoyed spending time. You can see on the pictures, that the terrace is directly next to the pool, so people spending their time at the pool of course are very close to you - for us that did not matter. We enjoyed very much the pool and the pool area - the pool is also very good for smaller kids (ours are 2 and 5), since the stairs offered them enough place to walk around in the pool. There is even a hot shower at the pool. We got new towels in our apartment after some days, although we did not even ask for them - we of course appreciated it a lot. You also get pool-towels when you arrive. The cleaning ladies are super nice, just as the hosts. Thanks to everybody, we will come back.

Not only our apartment was so amazing, but also owners were so friendly and kind that we didnt want to leave ✨ Excellent apartment, very clean, with everything you will ever need, very nice pool area and also bar/lounge are. Im sure to say that if you will come here, you will feel very welcomed ☺️
