It had a stunning view and lovely facilities including a swimming pool and balcony. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and clean with WiFi and air conditioning. The host was absolutely lovely, couldn’t ask for better! He was friendly, kind and helpful: giving us suggestions on ways to spend our time. He also packed us a breakfast to take with us on a day trip! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Milo ( the owner) was a fantastic host. He went out of his way to make our stay as perfect as possible - booking taxis, picking us extra tomatoes from his garden for our breakfast, providing a washing line upon request… all small things but much appreciated. The villa is beautiful. Fantastic views, comfy beds, chilled out area and a lovely pool to cool off in. Many steps to the old town… but this is Dubrovnik and we knew what to expect so not a negative, just something to be aware of. We walked down and Ubered back. (€10-12 in the day, €16-€20 at night).

There's nothing not to like , the only thing is be prepared for walking up steps BUT this id dubrovnik and the whole city is the same .

Milo is a fantastic host , absolutel legend. From the moment you go there your treated like family. Couldn't do enough and makes great coffee . I would recommend thus place to all .

Not much to dislike. Price maybe a little high but it was during peak season. Dubrovnik is not cheap, so I guess dont expect quality accommodation to be cheap.

The Villa was well kept, comfortable and in a quiet location. The owner was super friendly and provided us breakfast each morning. Plenty of choice with cereals, bread, eggs, tomatoes, cheese, fruit and yoghurts. Tea and coffee. The walk down to the old town consisted of many many steps and took about 15-20 minutes. The trip back up was easier by uber at a cost of €9.

Great location for a visit of Dubrovnik. We loved that its a family-run hotel. The host was great. The room had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was very clean, even though we didnt have the time to try it out. Beach towels were provided daily. We loved the location and the family vibe. I would rate this 10/10 without hesitation. Thanks, Milo!

It is a shame there is not a shop or places to eat nearby and you need to go into Old Town. We walked down and then got an Uber back up. There are a lot of steps.

The location was peaceful despite a busy road running behind. Go for the double room with sea view. It had a balcony. The room was spotless and very nicely done. The balcony was big with nice furniture. Stunning views and a pleasant breeze. Milos was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. It was great to have a pool. The gardens were beautiful with flowers, fruit and veg. Lovely terrace area. Whilst it is a lot of steps down into town, the beautiful views more than make up for the trek. I would stay here above being in Old Town itself. There is a bus stop and Milos was very helpful with advice.

Received the warmest possible welcome by host Milo, who is a very Intresting and helpful person. Felt right at home the moment we arrived and our room couldn’t be faulted in any way- everything has been thought about. A nice quiet location very close to a main road for taxis, or just a few flights of stairs to the old town. Would 100% return

Milo was the best host. Very helpful, attentive and friendly man. Accommodation and facilities were very good. Lovely little extra touches made by the hosts after just one conversation. Super efficient airport transfers provided at a good price. Breakfast was good. Bed comfy and plenty of hot water. Our sea view room was great and we were able to watch the sunsets. Really good stay. Thanks again. 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Bed & Breakfast, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional friendliness. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The location is fantastic—it's close to everything you'd want to see and do in the area. However, it’s important to note that there are quite a few stairs to navigate, which might be challenging for some. That being said, the stunning views from the property more than made up for the climb. The room was beautiful—spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was also very good. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious meal made with fresh, local products. It was the perfect start to the day, with flavors that truly showcased the region. Overall, this B&B offers the perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and location. I would recommend it to everyone!

Everything! The place is fantastic and so is Milo the host. Would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. The view from our room was beautiful and the pool was lovely to return to after a day exploring. Milo is a fabulous host and really made us feel at home.

Milo was an amazing host, nothing too much trouble even going the extra mile beer and wine and a kettle for my husbands cups of tea! . Room spotless, pool area lovely and towels for the guests to use by it. View from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh everything you could want. Cheers Milo and family

Lovely location above the town and out of the overcrowded areas, with a good sized swimming pool and a lovely owner (Milo). He helped us with our bags, gave us great advice on when and where to visit and even served an early breakfast on the day we were leaving. Thank you, Milo, for making our visit memorable😎.

Could not find a fault with the accommodation, staff . If you have mobility issues it's probably not the place for you if you want to pop in and out of the old town a couple of times a day

Milo the owner was really attentive without being overpowering . If you need anything just ask says it al really . Plenty of guests coming & going over the week we stayed & all agreed 👍

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Klaic beginning with a pleasant welcome from Milo who was the perfect host. There was complimentary beer and water in our mini fridge every day which we consumed on our balcony overlooking the Adriatic. The breakfasts were more than adequate in fact the best we had in 5 weeks of travelling in Italy and Croatia. The stairs into the old town were a bit daunting if climbed more than twice a day so we took advantage of the nearby Food and Bar Italiana which had excellent meals at reasonable price.
