Wow what a spot. With the sea across the path, the location is the best. Restaurants and shops as you step outside. We loved the pool privacy to escape the crowds at times and enjoyed sunset drinks from our own rooftop. The villa is large with high ceilings and luxury finishes. Would love to bring others back to stay here. Thanks Ivan for your hospitality.

Parking , which ended up being on a spare piece of ground charged €60 for 3 days that was not expected and also looking out on to a roof area from the balcony lucky had another balcony at side looking over a nice pool

Take a hair dryer if you have long hair because the one in the bathroom is lacking power!

We just returned from five days at Villa Jadranka. The view of the ocean and mountains from our balcony was breathtaking. I loved sitting out with a glass of wine admiring the sunset. The rooms are bright, spacious and spotless - the daily house keeping standard is exceptional. The pool area is lovely with high quality furniture. Communication is great too, with a number you can message for any issues. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Makarska. As many reviews note, the music from next door is loud on weekend nights but we took ear plugs and slept fine. We liked the location as we stayed around the beach and local restaurants during the day, and then enjoyed the 10 minutes to town in the evening.

Only downside for the property is that the website says it got a car parking but it wasn’t true you have to park close by and pay extra,it cost me about 100 euros for 4 days

Music from nearby nigtclub is very loud at night, it can be annoying if you want to go early to bed.

Very close to the sea, the room was fantastic. It was very clean, staff was very friendly. The pool on the roof was also very clean and the view is amazing. Villa is very close to restaurants and bars.

Woukd have liked towels to be changed. It said to leave on floor when we wanted this but no one came on room to check do they lay there for 3 days. Luckily there were limited spares we could use.

Amazing place a few steps from the beach, lovely staff who helped us book transport from the airport and were very accommodating. Place is big, clean, overlooking the ocean, and ideally located close to everything. The pool is the cherry on the cake, especially with the beaches in Makarska being overcrowded by 8-9.00 in the morning, giving us a lot of tranquility during the busy summer season. It’s a small pool but there weren’t many people and it does the job of cooling you down. Two things to beware of: 1) in the description it says that breakfast is available, however, it’s not - but there are plenty of restaurants next door for breakfast. 2) there is a bar just next door that plays music late into the night. It wasn’t too loud though and didn’t disturb our sleep. It is one of those things that comes with staying in such a central location. If we come to Makarska again, we’d definitely stay here again.

Weekends get a little noisy at night with the disco bar next door. They removed the roof and cranked up the music until well after after 1 a.m.. While we did expect some noise, we had thought the music licences would be limited to midnight. During the week it was much quieter but this was in May so very early in the season. Also no parking on site. In fact parking anywhere is a nightmare with the asking price being between 15 Euros and 20 Euros per 24 hours. In future we wouldn't bother with a hire car as you can easily get around via boat trips or coach trips or quads.

The villa room lived up to it's 'luxury' statement. It was clean, exceptionally spacious, comfortable, with a very powerful walk in shower. Situated near all the amenities and overlooking the sea. The plunge pool was wonderful.

The view from our balcony on the first floor was slightly obstructed by the roof of the outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. The view is better from the second floor. The provision of a kettle and coffee was fanatastic but it would have been easier to use if there had been a small table. We had to put the kettle on the floor to access the plug.

A beautiful place to stay but the real gem was the rooftop terrace with a giant jacuzzi/tiny pool with views across the Adriatic. We stayed in the suite and the decor was to the highest of standards and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The position was perfect on the seafront with lots of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw. Although we were in the centre of everything the room was very quiet with good double-glazed windows.

During our first night there was loud music from bar in the same street - it was difficult to sleep without earplugs (we had windows closed).

Location was perfect - the very best place in Makarska. Room was beautiful with big bed and luxurious bathroom. Rooftop was our favourite: you could watch the sunset or enjoy your own peace, listening the waves. Anja was a super hostess: she answered all our questions immediately and was allways ready to help :) If we are coming back to Makarska, this hotel is our choice!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Makarska. Our apartment was perfectly situated right by the beach, offering breathtaking views from the balcony and fantastic amenities. However, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was our exceptional host, Anja. She was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Nothing - it was perfect

This place is perfect! The location is perfect, right on the beach and next to shops and restaurants. You have everything you need within walking distance. The beach is lovely with very clear water. The pool on the terrace is perfect for watching sunset and we had it to ourselves which felt like a private pool. Room was huge with two sinks and a lovely shower, big tv and comfortable bed. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which is very handy. We will definitely visit again

Unfortunately the restaurant was under construction when we where there. Right next door on the same street is a bar with loud music (we are a young couple and still thought it was loud).

We have no complaints. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay but there are several restaurants just a few meters away that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner so that wasn’t a problem at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Jadranka. It’s a small hotel with just a few rooms so the rooftop terrace feels very private and the service is personal. The room was very nice with luxurious interior and a big balcony with sea view. The rooftop terrace with the pool had an amazing view over the sea and offered a perfect spot to cool down and just chill. The location was perfect, right at the sea and the beach walk and with a close walking distance to the harbour and the city centre. Last, but not least, Anja offered great service and always gave us that little extra and made our stay even better!
