I only have two observations: there was no soap in the bathroom, and we had to press both buttons for the toilet to flush properly. Other than that, the apartment is an excellent option.

The location is an excellent choice if you’re seeking tranquility and proximity to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped.

It was on the top floor and without lift- we had stall bags so it didn’t bother us but if we had 20kg bags that would be quite difficult to access the apartment on top floor without a lift. The water temperature in the shower could be higher- the water wasn’t warm enough.

Everything was excellent, location was great, close to the borik beach and bus stop round the corner so easy access to zadar old town, lots of restaurants and bakeries near, we had everything we needed in the apartment, two balconies and a nice view.

1)Cleaning is only available after check out. 2) WiFi is unreliable 3)(could be cultural) staff should be more clear by explaining everything you need to know upon check in as a guest; like cleaning options and check out time confirmation. 4)Also, I kept bumping on the toilet roll holder because it's very close to the toilet seat as well as the bathroom shower glass(so close to the sink). So, the space could do a little bit of adjustments for safety.

The room has a sea view, but it’s very close to the road, so it’s noisy, although not too bad. There is construction going on across the street. The room doesn’t have a washing machine, which might be inconvenient for a longer stay.

Friendly staff, we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. Great location in a lovely neighborhood—there’s a bus stop, a bakery, a fish shop, a supermarket nearby, and beaches to suit every taste. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a really spacious room with a large balcony, where we had breakfast and dinner looking at the sea. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the pebble beach, 10 minutes to the sandy beach. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean.

Good location in regards to old town. Staff were friendly and very accommodating giving directions. Easy check in when we came in late from our delayed flight. Parking lot for the apartments was easy and felt very safe. Good burger place right outside the building.

There were no toiletries provided (so make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, etc). The Villa is about a 40minute walk from Old Town, which is where all the activity is, so keep that in mind and make sure you're happy to walk that.

The staff at Villa Irena were lovely and very helpful. They helped a lot with answering our questions about ideas of where to go and what to do. They also provided extra towels when asked.

3rd floor no elevator, but I'm still young so I managed.

I had an event close by and this place was perfect for me. It's not close to the center but for me it was close to where I needed to be. Good value for money. Big parking outside, the key pickup was easy and it had a few kitchen appliances that I used. A nice balcony was there as well and a clean modern bathroom.

There's really nothing to complain about.

A pretty big room with free Wi-Fi access and air-conditioning in addition! There's also a fridge and a kitchenette, so one can prepare meals on their own. A private balcony, or rather a terrace with a table, where one can just sit down and relax or have a meal or coffee gloating over a marvelous view of the sea! Another great thing about the hotel's location is that there's a restaurant nearby and many popular-brands' shops around where one can buy supplies on their way to the beach. A great added bonus is a food truck with many great meals to choose from just by the hotel. The neighbourhood is extremely calm what makes it very easy and comfortable to rest away from Your everyday life. What a great place to take a rest!

The shower was leaking from one side - had to be careful while showering.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The apartment was big, had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and the bus stop. AC worked very well. Very pleasant stay.
