Everything was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff is really nice and Iva made sure our stay was exceptional. We would definitely recommend Villa Cassia to anyone staying in Mali Losinj :)

The villa was beautiful with tasteful and traditional decorations throughout. Eva and team were amazing - so incredibly friendly and helpful. Short uphill walk from town and equally short walk to Čikat Beach. Highly recommend!

The villa was roomy and comfortable. It was a short walk to the center of town. The Villa was quiet but the center of town was noisy so it was in an excellent location. Also a short walk to Cisak.

Well, everything was just perfect. We'll come again!

Self-served breakfast had a great of variety of food. Villa Cassia was the only place I visited, where they had also gluten-free bread available. Great compliments. Mrs. Iva and her daughter were extremely nice and helpful. Thank you! Town centre is just minutes away, but villa is a quiet sanctuary with its own pool. Highly recommended.

I liked the breakfast as it had a lot of options and a lot of them were from local producers or from Croatia (thumbs up). I also liked how close to the city center it was. Although it was not on the beach but inside the city of Mali Losinj it was a kind of 8-10min walk over the pine tree forest to reach beautiful beaches... The property also has a decent size outside pool, which was very clean. Room had a refrigerator, which I used to cool down some drinks I purchased in the nearby stores.... nice stay indeed...

The villa is beautiful, clean and quiet. Great location, close to the center and close to the beach. But what's really the best thing about the Villa is Iva, the manager who runs this great place. We experienced this place as our home precisely because of her, who made our vacation as beautiful as possible. We are very satisfied, we will be back❤️

Villa is located on perfect position for going to city as well for the beach. Best part was fabulos host Iva, with assistant Cvita and Dalibor. Such a kindness, warmth, smile always and there is nothing she can't do. Villa Cassia is wonderful itself but Iva makes it even more...there is only 10 to rate...deserves much more

Tiles on the floor covering the whole room, wall to wall. I would appreciate some carpets at least for getting out/in bed (Iva found some small ones as a first aid which I really appreciated)

It was perfect.

A great B&B perfectly positioned for both the port and the beaches. It is beautifully run by the irrepressible Iva and her small, friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a mine of info and advice. The rooms were spotless with aircon throughout - excellent facilities, lovely pool, delicious and plentiful breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Villa Cassia is a lovely old villa, very close and an easy walk to the centre of the old town. Iva was a wonderful host and provided a delicious and extensive breakfast. She was very friendly and generous, helping me clean my knees, arm and face after I had a fall on the way to Mali Losinj. Would definitely stay at Villa Cassia on my next stay.

If I really want to be picky, I would love to see different mattress next time and selection of hard/soft pillows, but again, that is just my preference and what was provided is amazing as it is.

Iva is the heart of the place. She leads the place with so much enthusiasm and love. The villa is beautiful and historical, so take that into consideration when booking. I requested an iron, and Iva allowed us to use the one in their laundry room. The location is excellent, merely 4 min walk to the marina/riva, 1 min walk to Lidl and DM. Less than 5 min beautiful walk to Čikat bay. Iva was gracious enough to recommend the restaurant to us, and we had amazing experiences there as well. Pool was a great bonus to wind down in the evenings.

We stayed during a heatwave - it was at least 35 degrees during the day - and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room down. But it was just about OK, and Iva kindly lent us an additional fan when I asked. We also had problem accessing a decent WIFI connection in our room but Iva went to great lengths to try and fix this for us. I'm sure that they'll get this problem sorted and it was just an unfortunate blip.

Iva is a very warm and charismatic host, great fun, and really made us feel welcome. The room (7) was really large and clean. The location is fantastic - hidden away from the noisy centre yet only 3 minutes walk away. The Lidl is about the same distance away, and it's 10-15 minutes to get the pine forest/coastline of Cikat - which is where we spent most of our time. If you like swimming/snorkelling in clean water, without being crowded by other holiday-makers, and with plenty of natural shade - then Cikat is close to paradise.

The bed mattress was very very bad. Uncomfortable you can feel the wires. And its very loud when you make any move.

Loved staying here. It's an old house that's been very nicely done up and is run as an up market bed and breakfast. Spacious room, great location on a quiet road five minutes walk from the town centre. Nice continental breakfast served on the terrace. Pool.
