We had a fantastic experience at this property, which exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was exceptionally well-equipped, providing everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal, nestled in a lovely and quiet village, just what we were hoping for. The host was welcoming and always available to assist us with any questions. If you're seeking an outstanding holiday stay, Villa Blue Istria is an excellent choice. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the near future.

Villa Blue Istria is one of those places you only come across a few times in your life. A place where everything is almost perfect, and that’s also its biggest drawback: everything after this will feel less good. My advice? Make sure to plan this house as the last stop of your vacation, or better yet, spend your entire holiday here. We stayed here with six people (two children, parents, and grandparents), and everything was truly wonderful. The villa is beautiful, with a well-maintained and impeccably clean interior. Everything you need is provided. The pool is fantastic, and sitting outside under the canopy is delightful, even with a scorching sun. During our stay, temperatures reached 38 degrees, which limited our ability to go on day trips. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as it allowed us to enjoy the house even more! The villa is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and all the bedrooms, which added to our comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you can enjoy barbecuing outside. Burici is a very small village with only about 80 inhabitants (according to Wikipedia), so don’t expect much in the immediate vicinity. However, there is a decent local grocery store in Burici and another in nearby Kanfanar. For larger supermarkets, you’ll find them just a 20-minute drive away, right before you reach Rovinj. Many great spots are within ideal driving distance, making this a perfect base for exploring Istria. The owner is very friendly and ensures everything is perfectly taken care of. In short, if you’re looking for a wonderful base for trips in Istria or simply seeking the perfect holiday villa, look no further!

Extremely kind and helpful host. The house is beautiful, the furnishings are new and tasteful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Upon our arrival, freshly picked vegetables and a bouquet of flowers were waiting in the kitchen. I really recommend it!

It's probably one of the most beautiful estates we booked. Evethjg is new and clean. The pool is impeccable. The host was very nice and tended to all our needs. I strongly recommend Villa Blue, we will return for sure. 10 / 10

Brand new house, super nice styling and a lot of consumables present which was very much appreciated! Nicely decorated garden with very clean pool and outdoor kitchen. Very pleasant contact with owners, leaving you alone and giving you privacy and giving fast reply to questions.

Our family had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay in one of the most beautiful and amenity filled villas we've ever stayed in. The place is a gem and our family of 5 found the villa to be a very comfortable and peaceful place to relax and recharge after our road trip through Croatia. Each bedroom is equipped with AC and a Smart TV, the pool is clean and welcoming, the lounging areas are relaxing and the kitchen is fully equipped. The host provides some nice welcome touches and is extremely hospitable. Stay here if you are a group and want to get away from it all. The furnishings and design are modern and quite appealing to the traveller. With a car, the villa is an easy 20 min drive to Rovinj.

Beautifully furnished house, equipped with everything you might need (and more!). We have been to several Istrian countryside villas so far and we liked Villa Blue Istria the most. Great pool area with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of shade. We were two families with three small kids and the house was a great fit for us. No-fuss check-in (keys waiting at the house). Plenty of parking space in the closed yard. Our host Mihael was super-kind and helpful, and very quick in responding to all our questions. Fruits and refreshing homemade elderflower juice (with a hand-written note) were waiting for us when we arrived. The house is located at the intersection of the so-called Istrian Y motoway, so the location is perfect for exploring Istria by car in any direction - if you decide to leave the house at all :) For those Croatians looking at Google maps and wondering whether the Kanfanar tobacco factory and the nearby railway are in any way noticeable from the house (as I was wondering), the answer is NO! The surroundings are beautiful, green and quiet. We would definitely come back again and again!

Wow! All you need for a perfect vacation and to get away from the city rush. Kitchen is fully equiped, everything was clean, the grocery store is nearby and the village is perfect for exploring Istria. Comming back for sure! :)
