Particularly the bathroom. It may be cultural differences but having the basin, the wc and shower in one unique space very close to each other is not ideal. Also unfortunately there were two heavy storms during my stay. Apparently, there were no automatic mechanisms to bring back the power to the AC and sockets and obviously you cannot leave the door connecting to the terrace open during the storm, so it got somewhat hot inside the room to sleep well.

I had a minor issue with the blinds in my room and immediately offered me an upgrade. Room and bed were both very comfortable, spacious. The terrace had amazing views and privacy. Small fridge and TV were nice too.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, all with AC and a TV. The pool area is amazing, there are chairs and lounges by the pool to relax in. Staff are very nice and welcoming, always available for help.

Bathroom rather small and dark. Adequate but detracted from the ambience of the remainder of the room. We ate dinner at a good local restaurant and travelled quite some distance away from the property before we found somewhere offering quality breakfast food and coffee. We knew there was no meal option when booking but there is a large, seemingly unused dining room on site where a simple continental breakfast could be provided at modest cost to guests and with minimal preparation and clean-up by staff. eg cereal, bread, yoghurt, fruit, coffee/tea/juice. There is potential for this business to be a top class hotel in the region.

Great location with expansive water views. Quiet neighbourhood. Helpful, friendly staff. A surprise gift of a good bottle of Croatian wine. Excellent room, bright, light, airy. Lots of on-site parking. Great swimming nearby as well as on site.

We stopped here on the way back from a longer vacation and wished we had booked more than two nights! The location is fab with the sea and lots of little restaurants close by, the property has been really beautifully renovated by the family who run it, the pool was clean and available to swim in at all times of day. We had a family suite/apartment and the rooms were spacious with a ‘proper’ bedroom for the children (not a sofa/pull-out beds) and sea views from the terrace. The bonus welcome from little kitten Nora made our kids’ stay!

Everything was exceptional, from the check in to the check out. Owner is so nice, helpful and friendly, the room was great with comfy bed and great balcony with an amazing view. Location is perfect, only few mins walk from the most beautiful beaches. I highly recommend Villa Bellevue!

We had a king studio with a semi private patio overlooking the Sea, the owners welcomed us when we arrived and showed us the facilities and recommended a restaurant nearby!

The reception room is not operational. Guests run around looking for the responsible person ( we did it on day one and other new guests were asking us in the following days). The lady we found in reception in day 1 was completely inappropriate in her behaviour. I understand it was the older daughter of the owner. But her behaviour and interaction with the guests is completely inexcusable.

Awsome view . Easy to park. Easy to arrive on location with 2 parking areas. All the amenities available in the room and all operational and in good condition.

The owners and the whole accomodation was more than excellent. We really liked to stay there. Shop, restaurant, and the beach were very close too. The seashore was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely go back in the future. Cheers from Hungary!
