Franka the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby. Lovely beach area with restaurants within walking distance.

The pool advertised needs a bit of updating and because of that we didn’t use it.

The location was perfect an easy bus ride to both Cavtat and Dubrovnik. There were a number of beaches within easy walking distance ranging from large pebble to sand. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and supportive throughout our stay the breakfasts had a good selection for all.

Although location good the path does run out slightly short of the accommodation. So you briefly have to walk on a busy road. Staff advice a bit vague Several broken things for example in room 6 the shower door was almost hanging off. Nothing a little maintenance couldn't fix

I don’t believe there was any shower gel in the bathroom.

The location was very accessible for both from the airport and also from the old town of Dubrovnik. The facilities were well maintained and the rooms were perfect for our stay.

A tea towel would have been great.

The staff were exceptional, helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good and bedlinen was changed during out 7 night stay which was lovely. The air-conditioning was fantastic as it was very hot and the kitchen was fully equipped with cooker, job, fridge freezer, washing machine etc .

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better for our visit : everything was right around the corner—bus stops, shops, restaurants, and even the beach. No need for a car at all. Highly recommended!

One of the bed frames continued to lose slats throughout our stay. Also the WiFi did not work while we were there.

Franca was a fantastic host and we had to leave very early on our last day for the airport and she made sure we had breakfast before departure.The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Franca also advised us on the best places to visit while we were there.

The Property Address mentioned on bookings app led to the wrong place. The toilet was not clean. The apartment had a bad odour, for which we used our perfumes to get rid of the stink. The bath tub had no way to stop water.

My daughter loved the bedding :) Breakfast was nice. The host is a delightful person and made sure to inquire about guests every now and then. Property is probably going through renovations, once complete some facilities like parking will get better hopefully.

Very clean and good location halfway between dubrovnik city centre and airport. Uber 10euro each way. Very welcoming staff and excellent breakfast. Better value for money than downtown dubrovnik

there were amazing breakfast and different types of coffee but oily food. So just should be careful nevertheless we were full for long time

We loved everything, Especially we were surprised and pleased with Ukrainian staff. We arrived at night (2am) and worried about check-in if someone was waiting for us. And yes, Sveta met us and showed everything as fast as possible. And the room was even better than we expected)) The owner is nice lady, every time asked what's plans and could recommend some lifehacks. Well. we liked everything location, beach, prices. we didnt regret choosing Mlini. quiet but everything for vacation included. there is a comment on booking about "located next to road". yes. it is , but we were not bothered

The owner couldn’t do enough to help and give recommendations for places to go. Staff were excellent and friendly. Location good. Close to bus stop for Dubrovnik and Cavtat (15 minutes in either direction) Excellent for a short stay.

Very quiet clean hotel , just 10 minutes from Dubrovnik by bus. Personal is very kind and polite , Next time will stay only here . 20 .min. from aeroport Dubrovnik .by taxi.

Noisy. could hear the next door neighbours when in the room. On a busy road, so too noisy to sit outside on patio (was at the front of the property).
