Not bad but based on the location You have to count with a climb back to the accomodation. We did it on foot in the evenings (and enjoyed) but You can go by car to the center as well.

The breakfast is grate. The staff was very helpful and made according to own request the eggs. In general the staff is very kind and open. The room was cleaned daily. The temperature controll was easy with the curtains and air-conditioning. The view from the room to the bay was perfect.

Everything was outstanding — from the villa’s location, on a beautiful hill with a sea view, to the warm welcome we received (Helen is exceptionally kind, a rare find), the cleanliness of the room, the very spacious room with a huge balcony, equipped with everything you might need, hight speed internet, and the DELICIOUS breakfast (which we enjoyed in the villa’s garden). It was a great way to start the day! ❤️For us, it was a dream location, and we truly wish to return.

It is a little further from the center of Rabac, but this was known to us when booking. There is currently only breakfast available and no bar, but the mini bar made up for this.

Excellent breakfast, amazing views, sufficient parking space. Beautiful spacious suite with an amazing view. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area, very well maintained. Clean. We loved having the mini bar. The staff is very friendly and even gave us tips on parking and restaurants.

The balcony is large and offers a beautiful view, but it's a shame there are no lounge chairs or more comfortable seating options to fully enjoy it. Additionally, the neighbors in the adjacent room were smokers. Although we couldn’t see them, we could smell their cigarette smoke every morning and evening. The smoke would drift into our living room and made the entire suite smell awful.

We stayed in a Comfort Suite with a balcony and sea view on the third floor. The view of the sea and surrounding hills was beautiful. The suite included one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a comfortable pull-out bed, and two bathrooms. The continental breakfast was nice, and we had the option to enjoy it outside on a beautiful terrace. However, it was somewhat inconvenient to move the trays from the inside restaurant to the terrace, especially for the kids. We had some issues with the door, but the hosts were very attentive and fixed it promptly without any inconvenience

Dogs not allowed in restaurant but the staff was very helpful and arranged breakfast for us on the terrace or garden so we could take the dog with us. Also it would have been great to have a dinner option in the hotel as no restaurant is within walking distance.

Small boutique style hotel in the hills between Rabac and Labin. Amazing panoramic view of coast from rooms, terrace and pool. Nice pool and terrace area. Breakfast was amazing with grilled and marinated vegetables, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable suites with balconies and sea view, very clean. All in all a great stay, thank you!

This is not a dislike but something to note:- It should be noted that the hotel restaurant is not open for evening meals, and you really need to have your own vehicle to be able to access the restaurants in Rabac (5-minute drive), as to walk entails at least a 30-minute walk down and then in excess of 45 minutes to walk back up the very steep hill to the hotel. Staff were very helpful in providing the best parking options in close proximity to the restaurant we had booked.

Our Classic Suite was extremely spacious, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and comprised a bedroom with a king bed and TV, a living room with a sofa which converted into an additional double bed and another TV. There were also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), whilst the balcony was large and offered a nice view of the bay. The room included two air-conditioners, a mini bar refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks, as well as tea / coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi worked well. The swimming pool area was a lovely feature of the complex and besides having pool lounge chair seating (with the option of umbrellas) around the pool, also had an undercover bar / dining area where one could order drinks and also light food such as tapas, schnitzel, chips, sandwiches, and the like for lunch or during the course of the afternoon. The quality of the food was very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food choices available, as well as the option to have eggs cooked to your liking or have breakfast in the nearby outdoor garden if one wished. Staff were very efficient, friendly and provided first-class service

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food, and also they offered eggs prepared to your liking. The view from our suite overlooking the harbor was beautiful. Villa Annette has a shuttle bus that runs at the request of the client.

it took us 30min for check-in, as lady had to call twice "owner" for checking something. don't come with EV - as charger is in small garage - only ok for MINI or SMART cars. originally wanted 1€/kWh ... normal in HR (electricity is more expensive there as of HEP monopol) is 41-43cents/kWh on public chargers. Finally Owner agreed on 50c/kWh - but as said there was not enough space to park the car without blocking the small road to Hotel. we have been there April 2021 - and back then (just after C19) it was great and we had positive memory.
