Not a negative at all really but it is a bit further from the old town. However, there’s a bus stop close by and only takes about 15mins to get there.

The room exceeded our expectations. It had a kitchen set up, fridge, stove everything you need. The bed was comfortable and there was a small balcony with views of the city. Everything was clean and up to standard. The owner was very responsive and kind.

Our room had a shared restroom which sometimes was uncomfortable (to me and my partner), especially when other guests were using the toilet too long.

The accommodation is near the bus stop (direct old town). The guesthouse owner was really kind and understanding. The guesthouse was clean. Additionally, our room had a small fan (good for hot days).

Is located at the top of the Hills of Dubrovnik, so just be aware, however bus stop is only a three minute walk away and can take you straight into the old town. No Aircon, but you can see that before you purchase, so more of a note than a complaint. Really great experience overall.

From the start, host gave us very clear walking directions from the bus stop you arrive at which were very helpful. Keys were in the door and easy to access upon arrival. The room was very clean, and equipped with everything we expected. Host was always available via WhatsApp, and was super speedy with responses and eager to help out wherever possible! We enquired about the dinner menu on the first night, to watch we purchased a pizza salad and fries that they organised to have prepared for 730. Meal was on time and classic home-made quality, good for the price too. Supercheap €10 to have washing washed and dry and folded too, simply left outside our door, they collected and dropped right back when complete. Hi Stephen messaged halfway through the trip to check if we needed any more linen and towels. Overall great host in great value for money. Felt well looked after

After reading the Google Maps comments I got scared about the place. Don’t take them into account! The bus stop is only 3 minutes away, you can buy your ticket in it, and is always on time (won’t leave before the scheduled time because it is the re-start of the route). Just take bus 3 to Pile, and in 20-25 minutes you will be in the Old Town. Yes, the way back is a very steep street, but it is not that far to the house. Downstairs is a cafe, which I highly recommend. The bathroom was super clean. We visited in the last week of July and the fan with the windows open was enough. We did not miss AC at all. We stayed in the middle floor.

Our balcony door opened onto the terrace which serves as the main entrance for this floor, so wasn't entirely private.

The room was clean and comfortable with sufficient wardrobe space for us to unpack and feel at home. The view of Gruz bay from the top of the hill was stunning. A short walk to the nearest bus stop into town. The owner was very sweet and kept in touch via Whatsapp. She was always available to answer questions, even when we arrived late in the evening due to our flight being delayed.

You have to go up the stairs quite a bit to get to the place, but that's how everybody in that area lives. Also, this place does not have air conditioner. So be aware of that

I stayed in the guest house for five nights. The room exceeded my expectations, especially for such a reasonable price. It was spacious, with a private kitchen, a large terrace with a beautiful view and a real fireplace! Of course, in the summer a fireplace is not necessary, but it definitely adds to the atmosphere. Self-check-in is very convenient, the instructions are clear and detailed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perhaps a microwave would not hurt, but the stove is also quite sufficient. The shared bathroom was cleaned several times a day and was also always clean and immediately replenished with toiletries if necessary. The hosts are wonderful, they periodically texted if everything was ok, if there was any need, maybe to change linen or towels, so you feel cared for, but very delicately at the same time. The location is great if you follow the instructions of the owners and get there by city bus, which will take you almost to the house, and not try to walk right away, as I self-confidently did :)) Dubrovnik is located in the mountains and 30 minutes on foot here for an unprepared person may be too much. In the future, I always got home by bus and did not experience any inconvenience. The city has quite convenient and inexpensive public transport, which will take you to any point, and all routes end in the old town. I advise you to install an application with routes and schedules of public transport, as well as buy tickets at points of sale as it's more convenient and will save you money. The location of the house almost at the top gives the opportunity to admire the most beautiful sunsets that I have ever seen, just by going out with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You do not need to look for a better view to enjoy the sunset, because you have it right at your home. It was a wonderful holiday, and in no small part thanks to this place. I definitely recommend it.

The host was nice. The apartment is in good shape and has a well-equipped kitchen — great if you like cooking your own meals. The shared bathroom was also clean and everything worked well. Everything was comfy except for the bed and mattress, which weren’t the best (but for two young people staying just two nights, it was manageable). There’s a big, cozy balcony with a nice view — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The location is about a 5–10 minute drive from the city’s main attractions. A car or taxi is a must, since walking there is tough — it’s up high and takes quite an effort.

Not the property’s fault but it is uphill, would not recommend trying to walk it from bus station. No aircon (also mentioned at the places description) but would heavily recommend owners install it.

Location was great for us as it was out of old town and got to see more of Dubrovnik than just old town. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The views were incredible as well

There was an AC in the room but unfortunately it did not work. We were informed about this before, but it still was very inconvient for us - it was 37°C when we arrived. We had a tv but could not watch anything on it - I assumed that at least basic Croatian Television would work and hoped to watch the european Final in Football and then couldn't. That was very disappointing.

The room was very beautiful and very clean. The shared bathroom was very clean as well. The view from the balcony was great.

Location definitely lends itself to having a car which we didn’t have, however this is also our fault for not forward planning!

Lovely clean facilities, very attentive host who always replied to whatsapp messages very quickly. Lots of additional services offered for a low cost.
