The appartments are spacious, clean, large beds, close to the beaches and seaside, pool is clean with a lot of conveniences, such as umbrellas and sunbeds.

Downstairs apartment is very big, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpful. You can buy very good oil of olive from them. The greatest thing is a pool - pretty big and shared only between 4 apartments. This part of Sulosan is very quiet but still close to the city center, beach and to the forrest. Our stay was exceptional!

This is what you call an ideal relaxing traditional break. The Host could not do enough, we even used them to collect is from the airport for a fee. We were so happy with the 10 minute transfer fee. The much need air con was a blessing and man the rooms very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The Marina, Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants and Bars all in walking distance. They also had two bikes that were available to use if you wished. Pool was kept very clean and equipped with comfortable beds around situated in a lovely sun trap for the sun lovers but also a seated area that was covered for those that need the shade. Excellent WiFi coverage. They have thought about everything, We will be visiting again.

The apartment has everything I needed in a comfortable and modern setting. The swimming pool was clean and well managed. Under cover parking was just what I needed for my little car. The owner was helpful obliging and a nice person. I would stay there again. Very nice.

Lovely, clean apartment. Close to local amenities including shops, beaches, restaurants and a lovely marina. All in walking distance. Our hosts were lovely! So helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended staying here.

We had a spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment. The pool was lovely and had very comfortable sunbeds and a covered seating area. There were 2 bicycles which you could use to go to the bakery and supermarket. The villa is in a very quiet location just a 10 min walk to the centre, there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is nearby with a good service to Zadar or further down the coast. Evica and Daniela were very helpful and I would recommend this villa.

Everything was great! friendly and welcoming host. сlean, all as on the photo. comfortable kitchen-living room, equipped with everything necessary. Close to Zadar, about 15 min to Zadar centre by taxi ( uber, bolt 10-14 €). neighbors are friendly.

The couple managing the accommodation could not have been more helpful, friendly, and accommodating - many thanks to both. The location was great - quiet, but just a ten-minute walk to supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, tourist information, and bus stops. Regular buses to several locations. Two bikes available for the apartment, which were a great bonus. Nice pool with plenty of good loungers and seating.
