The place is truly exceptional. Marina and her husband were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a lot of helpful information throughout our stay. The area is super peaceful, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the cotton sheets were of outstanding quality – fresh, crisp, and extremely pleasant to sleep in. The balcony also offers beautiful views. If you're looking to be just a few minutes away from the center of Hvar while still enjoying quiet and calm nights, this is absolutely the perfect place. We don't just recommend it – it would be a mistake not to choose this place!

Marina was kind and helpful upon arrival — she handed me the keys and gave a great introduction to the island of Hvar, showing me a map, recommending restaurants and activities, and sharing local tips, which made everything much easier. The apartment is exactly like the photos: clean, organized, and quiet. It’s part of a guesthouse. Easy access to the town center (like all of Hvar, expect some stairs and uphill walks).

Nothing it was all great we would return . We didn’t think the walk up from the town was too much, a few minutes and you are in the alleyways . The views to the sea and town are worth the extra 5 minutes from the port .

This is an excellent property - views, clean , comfortable and excellent host. We loved our stay Marina has excellent recommendations, the property is spotless and there are generous amount of supplies - toiletries, coffee etc . Also have access to a shared washing machine and kitchen . Marina rightfully takes pride in her accommodation and we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing all around! Exceptional host, great views, clean room, and every amenity you could hope for. Marina gave us a thorough rundown of all activities in the area, showed us around the space, and offered us beer, wine, and chocolates. They provide a steamer, ironing board, shared kitchen, and more. Short walk down to the old town and ferry terminal. We also rented a scooter and were able to park it in front of the apartment. Our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you, Marina, this was our favorite stay in all of Croatia!

The room was exactly what you see in photos but at the end of the day its really just that - a room. It was fine for our stay because we knew what to expect.

The host was absolutely amazing and gave us recommendations to everything we could have possibly wanted to do. The location was fantastic, super close to the main town but not right in the chaos. When a rain storm came in and we couldn't get to the other island we were supposed to stay at, the host let us extend our stay in the same room. They also gave us complimentary wine. It was lovely!

Nothing - the accommodation was perfect for our stay. Marina (host) could not have done more to welcome us and make us feel at home. Offering us a drink upon arrival (beer/juice) was such a lovely gesture.

We loved this accommodation! Marina is an incredible host - we really appreciated how welcoming she was at check-in. She took the time to sit down with us and helped us plan out our 3 days on the island. Her recommendations were incredible and honestly made our honeymoon trip so memorable in Hvar. The room was spotlessly clean and really tastefully decorated. The bathroom has a beautiful rainforest shower. Amenities are great - mini fridge, drying rack, steamer, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee machine, beers/choc/iced coffee in fridge and cutlery/crockery too. Balcony has a stunning view and bed is comfortable. Overall, a relaxed and enjoyable stay. 10/10 and would recommend 💕

Villa Luka is a 5 minute walk away from center of Hvar, making it perfect as you have great views but away from the bustle. Terrace is perfect for a drink or to enjoy breakfast and host Marina is definitely Hostess with the mostest, she gave us amazing tips and we were spoilt for choice with all the options she gave us, going out her way to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved it all! There was nothing to not like!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners and they were extremely accommodating. They took our luggage up and offered us a drink and sit down to go through things to do in Hvar! This included best places to eat, visit and which islands are recommended the most. The views from the room were spectacular! You had views of both the old town and the islands. We found a beach a short distance away called president beach. This is very secluded and even had cheap sunbeds to rent for the day compared to the ones along the strip. It was also a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The accommodation is only a short walking distance into town whereby you have nearby shops and restaurants. The room was in immaculate condition. Very clean and modern with all amenities that you could possibly need. The owners kindly left us some homemade biscuits as well as some chocolates and beers. This was such a nice little touch. When it was time for us to sadly depart we were offered a lift to the ferry port which was something we greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place to stay to anyone!

Nothing much. The villa is a bit of uphill walk, so be prepared for a quick hike up the stairs. But this is normal with all the b&bs in Hvar.

An absolute gem. The host made all the difference. Marina was the best host I have ever had in all of my travels. She is kind, thoughtful,and ensures her guests have everything they need.

Great location and amazing hosts. We stayed as family with adult kids. We had two sea view rooms, it was awesome. The hosts were amazing, very helpful and great service.

The accomodation was in a perfect location, great facilities. Marina was an amazing host and made our stay extra enjoyable. Would recommend to all, and hope to come back!
