Great location and view, very loud until 1-2am. Staff is friendly, I had to call them to tell them I arrived in the hotel and someone came 10 mins later. Very easy to walk/bus to Trogir or Okrug. Room was what you expect for the price, shabby but clean enough, and ok for one night.

Location is great if you want to be in town. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the old town. All walkable. Staff are excellent. Communication was also great.

When we showed up we had to wait a little while for someone to come to reception which after a long journey isn’t ideal. Our TV was also completely in German which was a bummer because we like to watch before bed but it wasn’t that important to us.

The hosts were kind, particularly the young lady is very nice. She was always helpful when we needed something and she also found us another room when we wanted to stay an extra night as Vila Liza was full. The breakfast was nice and the balcony was big which I love.

the property is directly from the old city of Trogir. It is quite, even though on the street. My room had a huge balkony and was facing into a court yard. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom spacious. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good and enough; cold cuts, bread, jam, orange juice and coffee. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is very old. Poor breakfast. When we arrived, there was noone at the reception, so we had to check for half an hour.

A small complaint is that there was no one at the reception when we arrived. However, after calling the number listed on the hotel door, a person appeared.

This small hotel is not for those expecting luxury. However, the price is not high, so it is definitely worth it if you need accommodation for a few nights. The breakfast concept may be a little different than what other hotels offer, but it's not bad. The staff is very polite, discreet and unobtrusive. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town.

Just the bed is not so comfortable, the mattress is a bit old and hard.

Nice accommodation in a great location, right on the waterfront, 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The room is a good size. Shower with hot water. During the day the street is quite busy, but at night it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly, which helps to improve the stay.

The personnel were really great, the owner met me in the night after check-in time as my flight was delayed and he was very helpful. The room itself needs renovation, but it's pretty spacious and good for one-two days stay, the location is great, close to everything in Trogir and has fabulous view. Also, the breakfast at the terrace is wonderful, both taste and atmosphere.

Obviously, being right on the road was noisy with traffic - especially with boy racer motorbikes!

Excellent location to the old town. The room was very clean . Smily helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely - a delicious feast. Full of old-school charm that I had expected to find on my trip but this was the only place that met this criteria. Could charge more and still be great value.

Hotel Villa Liza has the perfect location if you want to visit Trogir. You can reach every important place like the beaches or the old town in only a few minutes. Marco was very friendly and kind to us. Once we arrived, he rushed to grab our bags and was there for us during the whole stay. Since we are vegetarians, he even went and grabbed some cereals and vegetables for our breakfast. I can highly recommend a stay at Hotel Villa liza. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly hosts and all in all a very nice experience.

large rooms in an old villa at the waterfront opposite the old town. the view out of the window is simply stunning. all clean and comfortable, very nice staff and very personal atmosphere. the property as at a very lively street, just step out and be in the middle of life

It’s an old building so I expected no aircon, but there were only two old fans that were noisy and one was broken. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a very noisy fridge.

The location and view were great, breakfast was very nice and fresh, and the staff very helpful and pleasant.
