The only downside was that the bedroom lacked air conditioning. Once the door was closed for privacy, it quickly became quite stuffy and warm, especially in the evenings.

We were absolutely enchanted by the stunning panoramic view over Dubrovnik Bay and the nearby island, gracefully floating just off the old town . The balcony was small but perfectly accommodated our family of four—two adults and two children. Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bedroom was comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming: he kindly allowed us an extra hour of stay, and later, when we realized the kids had left behind an electronic toy, he went out of his way to return it safely—such thoughtful, splendid service. Overall, everything was just perfect.

The host was very responsive. The place was right off of the main road, not far from the old town. There is a reserved parking spot right off of the road. A small walk down stairs to get to the gate. The rental was clean and spacious. There is a bus stop right near the rental, if needed. It is about a 5 min drive to the old town area. Nearby restaurants and bread/pastry shops are great! Our family of 5 was comfortable there.

Located on top of the mountain so a lot of stairs if you want to go to the store or a restaurant by foot. Far from dubrovnik old and new town.

There were three bathrooms which makes it perfect for a bigger group. The air-conditioning worked fine. The view was good.

The 444 steps from the bottom of the hill with our backpacks in 33C heat. Don’t hesitate to stay here, but I would recommend accessing the apartment from the top road where it is only a few steps down.

It was well presented, comfortable and decorated and furnished very well. Views were fantastic and there is a nice terrace with table and chairs (not private, though).

A bit far and the bus schedule is unreliable. There were no blankets for one of the bedrooms.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with two and a half bathrooms. Parking was good. The view was great.

What a lovely view!! Being a family of 5, it was good to all have a bed and also 3 bathrooms. Just perfect for us. We loved this place. There are lots of steps to go to the restaurant and then come back (480), but it is worth it. Really. And loved having a place to park our car too in Dubrovnik (Car parks are very expensive there). So we walked to the old town. Thank you very much 💕

Basically nothing !

Location and the view is breathtaking. Everything was clean and in order. The apartment is huge and everything was working. It has a 55 ' screen tv. It was just perfect !

The property is as we expected and met all our expectations. The host is kind, and she gifted some oranges to us on the day of leaving. Also, the stay has all the basic needs. The stay is close to a bus station, which has a direct bus to the old town, also a supermarket close by.

The walk 385 steps up to our apartment by walk from old Dubrovnik town, but you can take a uber for 10€

The only downside was a cold first shower as we hadn’t been told we had to turn the boiler on…also there is no free airport shuttle service as stated on the main page which was one of the reasons we chose this property. However the location and view made up for that disappointment and we got an Uber for 35 euros

The view over the marina was amazing especially at night with the sunset over the islands. The property was like home from home, oodles of clean towels in the bathroom! Well kitted out kitchen with cooking essentials and a washing machine in the apartment.

I would say with a 3 year old kid and lot of luggage, the 60+ stairs did not help, but I believe this is common in Dubrovnik

The rooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment were also good. The air conditioning was excellent, helped with the scorching heat outside. The housekeeper is very friendly and helped us with the laundry. The number 3 bus which goes to the old town is around 300m from the apartment.

Apartment could do with a bit of attention to detail, touch up of paintwork on walls, cleaning of kitchen rug, a few more items for use of families in the kitchen. Instructions of which bus that goes to the villa would be helpful (free bus pass comes with Dubrovnik pass so can save on Uber fees).

Amazing view of the coastline and great sunsets from the terrace. Hosts gave clear instructions for key collection and wifi. Apartment was modern and spacious. AC in all rooms was very welcome during the heatwave. Beds were comfortable. Not too far by bus/taxi to historical sites. Enjoyed our stay.
