Mattress in one room were noisy creaking with every move at the night, same for floor in kitchen- really uncomfortable. There are many ants so you must be careful and clean floor often otherwise they all come to say hello. Not enough parking spots even they guarantee this.

Resort that was made for kids to be happy. If you have kids, you must visit this place.

The house and the whole area outside has an ant problems. You need to preserve the mobile home and terrace crystal clean to avoid colony of them in matter of hours.. and this can be really challenging when you are on vacation.

Camp is great and definitely a reason to visit with family. Houses are near pool and beach so the location is nice.

Seaview house is next to promenade so people walk around very close. We used to it but someone can find it disturbing.

We enjoyed area, heated pools but the most wonderful was sea view with promenade. There are several places and small lagoons where you can enter the sea.

The lack of cleaning supplies in our unit. Having a tea towel, a cloth to wash benches and possibly some dishwshing liquid would have been very useful. Coming from NZ these are items were not in our suitcases. Closing the swimming pool at 6.00 pm was bit early for us.

The location was great. I also like the way the resort was set up in little communities. Even though it was reasonably busy when we were there, it never felt crowded.

Nothing much. Many of the activities(water sports) were not available(maybe because it was cold)

The location was really nice. Next to the beach. Accommodation was clean and had all the things we wanted. Our daughter(7 years old) really enjoyed the activities planned for the children.

Basically, no service client. During my staying, I tried many time to reach the operator for asking cleaning my room and nobody answer the phone. I stayed a week there but unfortunately I didn't succeed to get anyone there to provide info about the offered services (breakfast, cleaning of the room, extra towels etc..). For a mount after my visit there, still trying to get the invoice of my staying but nobady answer.

The location was wonderful! Amazing place to stay.

What we didn’t like was the attitude of the Victoria Mobilehome staff. They were unresponsive. And on the day of our check out they were at our mobile home at 9:00 asking when are we leaving and how many more minutes do we need to leave. Also I have to emphasize that our mobile home was full of ants. Inside (especially kitchen area) and outside.

In general we really liked Istra camping resort. Absolutely a 5 star resort!

The staff that works in the reception was really rude, and there is no option to contact them by phone if you have any questions. Parking is really bad, in the afternoon it is hard to find any. They allow everyone to park in the spaces for the disabled and also in the ones that are for charging electric vehicles. If you want to use them you will be charged a fixed price of 30 euros, no matter how much electricity you spend, which makes no sense, and you will have to ask for info usually a couple of times since most of the employees are not interested in helping out and there is no info on the chargers themselves.

The accommodation is good, we liked that there is a large number of activities, especially for the children.
