The rooms are quite small, little difficult for a group larger than 2. The location is a little far from the main centre of split. About 20 minute walk

Missed small coffee/ tea sachets in the room. But I guess there were some cafes open early morning so it was fine. It’s not a hotel with reception etc. but it was good for our 1 night stay.

Location is great, close to the old town. The room was clean. Host was great. We didn’t have any issue with the noise, sleep really well. The walls are really thin so you can hear pretty much everything in other rooms.

The music from the nightclub. I think it's an apartment idea for boys and girls who like to party, not a family apartment. Which is fine, but right for us on this trip.

Some of the areas around the accommodation are a bit run down.

Lovely staff. Super clean, very comfortable. Good location. Easy walk to and from the ferry port and the shuttle bus to the airport. You can leave bags on departure day until you need them. We were lucky it was after high season as I expect it can get a bit rowdy as there are a lot of bars around and it is close to the sea.

Location was good, beach front and close to the city center. We went at the end of the season, therefore we didn’t get any of the noise from the clubs around as mentioned in other reviews. The stuff was as well very friendly and helpful.

We booked three rooms with three Hot tubs. However only one hot tub was working. Post our arrival only the housekeeping staff gave me info of two hot tubs not heating. I literally felt cheated on the same. The manager of the property dint bother to update me on this crucial info before or during the stay.

The room with sea view is too noisy, you can hear the noise next door and the club goes all night long until 2-3am and there is no sound proof so you will be sleeping with loud noises. The cleaner does not really clean the room and on some days towels were not being replaced, and when you are back the receptionist is not there, then there is no way to get a fresh towels, and sometimes they forget to vacuum the room. The curtain was flimsy and when we tried to open or close the curtain it got detached but the cleaner will not fixed it back. So we were sleeping with loud noise and disco light coming into the room.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and within a minute you can swim. The location is near to the old town, just a 15min walk you are at the old town and sea port where you can grab any guided tour.

I think we were lucky that the bar below was not busy that night (it was a Monday and a bit rainy) I imagine it could get very loud with party-goers

The rooms were very comfortable: everything is new and in good condition. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to t the old town. The host, Ivan was super helpful.

A couple of things could had been better: 1) instructions to find the entry door - though there was a video pointing at the main stairs to go down, it would’s been clearer adding vocal instructions on which floor and how to find the stairs at the back leading to the door 2) the smell in the bathroom, said to be coming from the water pipeline, wasn’t pleasant and hopefully it gets resolved!

Exceptional view to the sea, just few steps to the lovely long beach and variety of places to swim 😍 - in spite of being just above sone bars/night club, our room 108 was noiseless and harmonious - love the room front area with dining tables, jacuzzi and delicious sea view 😍- lovely, friendly and helpful staff - Much gratitud to Maia and Ivan 💚 - very highly recommended - thanks, Emel

The room I was in was unfortunately facing the entrance of the place and did not have a view. The room does not have a window so no sunlight unfortunately.

The room was really comfortable and easy to get into. It had clean facilities, aircon worked great and it is situated in front of the sea. Right above are some takeout places and under there are some restaurants so you have enough choice.

Not clear before booking that the bath tubes are exclusive for some rooms. The room noise isolation is terrible, is possible to hear everything happens outside and in the hall. The shower is not too hot.

The door for my original room was malfunctioning, so I had to be moved to another room. The second room didn't have power until staff arrived on site to help. The jacuzzi is visible and potentially accessible (with some fence hopping) from the public shoreline, so given I was a woman staying by myself I wouldn't have felt safe using the jacuzzi alone - that said, while there's a bit of graffiti and mess about, I felt very safe for the most part in Split, even walking by myself at night.

My experience ended up being little rough around the edges, but staff were super responsive, arriving on site to help me with the issues within minutes. The sunset view from the room's veranda was amazing, and the location helped me have the best stay imaginable in Split - walking distance to restaurants, about 30 min pleasant walk along the shoreline to the old town. Great views, and modern design.
