LithuaniaWe truly liked this hotel. It’s very peaceful and located in a great area within a cozy town. The staff were very friendly, and the pool was clean and pleasant. There was plenty of space throughout the hotel. Our room was huge, with a large, comfortable bed and everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

United KingdomIf anything, the pool area could do with more amenities, such as a bar and shaded comfy seats. It was very hot when we were there and the corner room A/C only managed to get the room down to 23 C at night, which was fine but not cool.
Super friendly team. Rooms nicely alone and large. Quiet location, even being so close to the airport. Easy to get to by car, uber or taxi. Breakfast wen excellent.

United KingdomStaff during breakfast sitting at a table in the restaurant next to guests smoking and drinking coffee - not very professional. Only one morning out of four were we offered any eggs. On the first night very loud music coming from a holiday let that backs onto the hotel car park although to be fair the hotel complained to the landlord and the music quietened down after that. However this put us off eating in the restaurant during our stay.
Nice room. Comfortable and clean. Pretty good breakfast. Some staff excellent, helpful and cheerful. Good pool.

GermanyThe only thing that was missing for us was crusty/ baguette bread for breakfast. The kids unfortunately didn't like the Croatian bread. They did like the pancakes though!:)
The pool and gardens are very nice and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are modern, well equipped and in pretty good condition. Lots for kids in Medulin and a stunning coastline around the Cape Kamenjak.

Loved the team of employees. Really engaged with their guests, in a non-invasive way. Recommended dinner options, had a great conversation about books, really took his time to make me feel at home.

Velanera Hotel had a great modern vibe. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, and our room was very spacious. The staff were excellent. A fabulous base for travellers with a car who wish to explore southern Istria - there is ample free parking on site, making this a stress free option. it's about a 12 minutes drive to Pula, and 20 minutes to Cape Kamenjak. There is a good restaurant on site too.

United KingdomThere were no USB chargers in the room but the hotel kindly lent us one when we asked, which was so kind.
We only stayed for the night and picked this place as it was near to Pula airport but we had a fantastic stay. It’s a lovely, clean modern hotel with great facilities. Our bedroom was huge with two double beds and lovely pool views. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was really good quality with some interesting and tasty options; a great wine list full of local wines too. I slept really well in the super comfy beds. Breakfast was also great with a range of choices and good coffee. I felt the hotel offered exceptional value for the price we paid.

Hope more bigger hotel chains had this dedicated staff. All the recommendations if you want a quiet stay with everything you need at your disposal. Also the restaurant was perfect.
