The service was exceptional. The breakfast is exquisite and unique. The personal touch of the owners was very much appreciated. We loved the boat outing with Matteo the owner’s son. Easy access to the sea and the beach is a real plus.

Valsabbion is a truly exceptional hotel. It's rare to encounter such meticulous attention to detail—from the comfort and color palette to the overall ambiance. The owners, along with their entire team, do an outstanding job in creating a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Slowly but surely, Valsabbion has become our go-to sanctuary for recharging after a demanding year of work. The rooms evoke a sense of a refined home away from home, and this year’s stay in a junior suite with a beautiful terrace was no exception. Furnished with cozy sofas, chairs, and umbrellas, it was the perfect spot to relax for hours, watching the pool melt seamlessly into the sea. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Mary, Luca, Dino—and everyone else on staff—embody the art of genuine care and service. We especially want to highlight the remarkable culinary journey Dino curated for us. As vegetarians with slightly selective tastes, dining out can be a challenge. Yet each evening, Dino crafted delightful surprise dishes based on just a few clues about our preferences. Mary’s expert wine pairings added another layer of magic to every meal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valsabbion and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing property very well appointed. Everything from the welcome ice water to the goodbye token was beautifully done. The beach and pavilion were perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim. And a huge thank you to the staff who made our trip so memorable.

Everything was fine. There is nothing to say that I did not like it.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel looks astonishing from outside and inside. It is situated in a quiet location outside of overcrowded streets of Pula. The room we had was very well designed and clean. We would like to say a special thank you to the staff who was very friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend having a drink near the pool (it is part of the hotel) in the evening in a cozy and ambient atmosphere. We look forward visiting the hotel again. Keep up the perfect work :-)

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The location was amazing, and we spent most of our time either relaxing at the (very) nearby beach or at the pool, with a drink in hand. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our booking did not include breakfast. But the breakfast was exceptional on the days we had it. Room was excellent, and hotel is beautiful, and in great position by the sea. Staff were very helpful and gave us good advice on local eateries and restaurants.

Only disadvantage is that there is an extra charge for beach beds but that should not hold you back from going since it is a great place to be

There is not much we can mention if anything. Maybe sunbeds at the beach not included in the hotel price. However we would not use it anyway as we didn’t spend at the beach more than 1-2 hours at the time and sunbeds were roughly 40 EUR x day.

Absolutely perfect. Very private, beautiful, spacious room with lots of of attention to detail. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable bed. Cozy, comfortable breakfast/dinner room. Great pool. Great outdoor terrace with super comfy chairs. Nevertheless what stands out the most is the service. Very attentive staff, friendly and genuine . We felt pampered every day from breakfast till dinner. We could ask for almost any specific alteration of food. And staff has approached it with lot of creativity and “all is possible” attitude. Only regret we don’t know all names of hotel employees to personally recognise them here.

The slippery shower, the mirror in the bathroom not in front of the sink. Also my wife did not like the glass bathroom. But complaining on a high level.

Very nice stay, Rooms/Interior maybe a bit to much (for us). Breakfast unbeatably, the best I have had and I stay 50+ nights a year in hotels!

The bedrooms have been beautifully designed and look fabulous but are not the most practical to use especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Lovely hotel in peaceful location (in May at least) 10 minutes drive from the centre of Pula. Lovely rooms and nice (if a little cold) swimming pool. Lovely outside space including own private beach area. Very good breakfast served by Larissa who was lovely and very helpful. Good restaurants very close by.
