Many steps to the room! 5 sets of stairs which were very difficult for me but I understand it's zn old building except I did not find any information about stairs. I should have written in advance. Also the bed is very low so also difficult for an older person.

The staff are exceptional here. They are so kind and helpful. The room is basic, clean And comfortable. Very helpful staff helped me with my bags. AC works great and I appreciated the fridge.

This is not my first time staying in Split, and I wanted to be very close to the Old City. This location was perfect—just about a 15-minute walk to the Old City. My second requirement was secure parking for five motorcycles, which was also met. The parking area was gated, and the local firefighters are located in the same building, so I felt completely safe. We rented three rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, a small fridge, and air conditioning. Overall, we had a very good stay at a competitive price.

No elevator, which made it difficult with heavy luggage due to lots of stairs. We booked a double room but received two separate beds instead — not a big issue for just one night.

Good location and uncomplicated check-in. The place has everything you need, except for shampoo and other toiletries. There was also the possibility to store luggage for a longer time after check-out. Easy communication with the manager via WhatsApp.

Lots of stairs up to the rooms, and not much of a view, but for the price and location I really woulsnt complain!!!

The room was clean and cool, the bed was comfy. Gianni was very helpful and friendly, and the room was always a releif to get back to after a day walking Split. The location was also very good. I admit I ended up taking an uber down to thw Riva a few times (about €7 a time) but for most people it is a very easy 10minute walk, a lot of which is in beautiful old town.

Very simple but all we needed. I was able to leave my suitcase in the room after checkout time and go back to explore the city before going to the airport. Thank you for the flexibility.

My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Luckily Gianni waited for me as it would have been difficult for me to find the first time. Location was actually great an easy walk to Old Town

Was a little bit tricky to find but the host was very quick to come and find me and show me where to go. Google maps won’t show the location. It is underneath the building, through a gate and up some stairs. Didn’t bother me at all.

The host was very welcoming and warm. The room is perfect size. Big bed, wardrobe, large bathroom. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to old town. The place is clean and safe. Would happily stay again.

Gianni was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A/C worked well and the TV had FOX channels. No street noise overnight but very close to old town. Nice Cafe/Bar nearby

The best place to stay in Split! Gianni is absolutely amazing, so flexible and helpful. The location is great, an easy walk to the port and centre of split. Would definitely stay here again
