We had an expensive room with a sea view. We were given one on the top floor. However, next to our bunk there was a kitchen ventilation hood and every morning and evening we felt strong kitchen smells. We consider it discrimination that we were given the worst room

Booked a superior double room with sea view and they put us in an apartment outside of the hotel, still in the property but had views of the trees and we asked them to change it back what we actually booked. After the first night we moved into the room but there were twin beds. When you book make sure to mentioned to receive what you book! Also some of the receptionist staff could smile more as they were not too friendly.

The beach at the hotel is the best! Crystal clear water, not crowded. The restaurant and the bar at the hotel were both amazing and Budimir our waiter was excellent!!!! Also plenty of programs were included and it made our stay so much fun! Tried aqua aerobic and sunset yoga too. Breakfast was my favourite as it had many healthy choices:) & used their gym daily.

Parking fee 7€ per day is just way too much given the price of stay was already high enough. I would be good with a 7€ price per day if there would be a closed garage but in reality it's just an open parking space with zero shade.

Breakfast was amazing; the view was breathtaking and doorman Ivan was the best. Dinner was also amazing with a lot of varieties of food (vegeterian options also). Other facilities such as spa, outdoor pool and gym are also on point and really good.

We appreciated several aspects of the hotel, but would like to offer some constructive feedback for your consideration. Parking: We note that parking is limited. We were fortunate to secure a space on arrival, but due to the scarcity, we opted to use ride-sharing services for trips into Makarska to avoid losing our spot. Dining: The restaurant service can be overwhelmed during the peak dinner hour around 7:30 PM. On one evening, we were not approached to order drinks with our meal. Additional staffing during these busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Room Amenities (Superior Room): The room itself was spacious and appeared recently remodeled. However, a few details detracted from the experience: - The large balcony, while wonderful, lacked sun loungers despite having ample space. - The shower enclosure would benefit from renovation and more thorough cleaning. - The toiletries provided were quite basic for a 4-star hotel standard. Room Layout: The layout of the entrance was somewhat unconventional. The placement of the dressing drawers directly opposite the door made the entryway feel cramped (it was like entering and exiting Narnia each time).

Highlights of our stay: Tranquil Atmosphere: The hotel was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The Sunset Garden area was a calm oasis with no loud music. Excellent Amenities: We enjoyed the chance to reserve the comfortable Bali beds. Great Dining: The food was very good, with plenty of diverse options for both breakfast and dinner. Stunning Views: Our room’s view was exactly as beautiful as the photos online. Prime Location: The hotel is close to a small village with several lunch spots. It also provides direct access to a fantastic running route to Mala Duba, perfect for early mornings.

The room furnishings is bit odd. The cabinet interferes with the entry to the room. There is swing door with window in the bathroom. We had the smallest room, which is actually big enaught, but the furniture arragement is not good. There is not smart TV.

Great location of the Hotel with lovely pebbly beach. Very kind, friendly, helpful staf. High-level hotel services. Good quality and variation of food. Enaught sunbenches and umbrellas around the pools (included in price). There is also sauna and gym.

Room had the smallest balcony ever. Two people can fit on it only if they're standind. However, that couldn't happen because half of it was covered in birds poop. They have nest just above the balcony door.

It's adults only. It was calm and enjoyable. Food was great. You have almost everything in one place. Great for shorter stays. Longer might get borring. Have parking for your car. A couple of poola to choose if you don't fancy sea at some point. Got upgraded room for the same price. Met our expectations.

Amazing place, feels like home. This is second year we are here and hopefully we will come again. So kind people in hotel, clean, great food, everything is great. They gave us room I requested (simmilar like in our previous stay) and even we got upgrade. We would like to also mention Petar, he was working with sunbeds, he was so nice and polite. All staff in this hotel are amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at TUI Blue Makarska. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was ready before the regular check-in time, which was a great surprise, and even after check-out I could still enjoy the hotel facilities. This made my trip even more relaxing and enjoyable.

AC wasn’t working properly the first day. We asked at front desk and they sent someone right away and fixed it so that room could be a couple degrees lower. It made a huge difference.

Location in the village of Igrane was lovely. Should be called Tui Blue Igrane. The authentic village of Igrane is a huge plus.

The WiFi in the room was unusable, just like the TV in the room. The bed mattress was good on one side (queen bed), but very soft on the other side. The food selection wasn't good every day (half board). In the inner restaurant, the food selection is not huge, and not every meal reached our expectations. Sun umbrellas on the beach are only available at an extra cost.

It was crowded, and there was still parking available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were activities hosted by the hotel (quiz night, music night, sports classes). Game room and outside ping-pong table. Beautiful view from the room.

Our stay was absolutely perfect: we had a spacious room with good airconditioning, that kept the room cool even when it was more than 35 degrees outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the people working the parking, the receptionists, and the staff working at the restaurants and bars. They made sure we were very well taken care off. The hotel has 2 pools with plenty of sunbeds, and additionally offers the option to rent a 'Bali bed' for the day. The hotel is next to the beach, so you can easily walk from your room to the sea. The breakfast buffet has a very large choice, and we especially appreciated the many healthy options (overnight oats, granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit...) next to the more standard options (french toast, crêpes, bread, cheeses, cold meat, ...). The dinner buffet is extensive, and changes every day. There is a representative from TUI excursions present in the lobby every day, so you can easily book excursions through them. The town where the hotel is located is small, but has several restaurants. It is much calmer than the very busy Makarska. Having a car is useful, if you want to travel around on your own.

One night there was some noise - elephants running in stairs and drunk people singing on the beach. Sometimes kids from neighbourhood got into pool and make noise around 1800-1830

Everything was top notch. I never come back to places where I've been as world is big and life is short but this might be an exception.

We stayed half board, the evening meal was a little disapointing, the starters and deserts were good, some of the meat dishes were a little dry / overcooked. Beach sunbeds had a charge for guests which put us off using the beach access directly at the hotel. such a shame. Our balcony had 3 birds nests and bird droppings all over the floor which wasnt cleaned at all during our stay so we couldnt use the balcony area.

Breakfast was great, good selection of everything, hotel was very clean in general and staff super helpful. We enjoyed some live music and a number of activities that were laid on by the hotel.

Wifi wasn't great when we moved rooms to one that had it's own pool.

Lots of variety with the breakfast and food in general. Great location and facilities.
