Only downside was that it was a little noisy in the evening. Local football team were playing, and the noise from the bar next door was horrendous, but by the time we came back after dinner about 11, it was quiet.

The flat is very well located in the historical center in a pedestrian environment but not too far from a busy taxi station. Good air conditionning system. The host was very accomodating and provided us early access to the accomodation.

The mini fridges were disappointing, nothing was kept cold.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, comfortable beds, great air con, everything you needed. They organised transport from the airport for a very reasonable price.

Bathroom was easily wet with shower, difficult to change from hot to cold water to cool down.

There was some noise in the evening but it did quiet down fairly early. It was self check in so we did not meet hosts or have staff to provide towels etc. The host was readily available on What’s App and was helpful with our questions.

Location was excellent close to restaurants and bars and short walk to Port. Room was spacious and had a large terrace with table (no view)

We stayed in 2 different places in Split and this was our favourite. Everything was immaculately clean, modern, and in full working order. Shared entryway was also completely clean and secure. Beds were comfortable. The terrace ended up being excellent to relax after a long day and also dry swimwear! You're right next to the main thoroughfare with wonderful bars and restaurants on your doorstep but it's still quiet and private enough and we were fully undisturbed, and it also felt like a very safe area. You're also easy walking-distance to the old town and the water. Air con and fridge were essential. Loved it here and would definitely recommend!

Street noise can be heard in our room.

Property is within the old town of Spit, so close to shops and restaurants. Room size was very good for 2 to 3 people.

The property is next door to a bar which is handy however if you the kind of person who want to sleep before midnight the noise may keep you awake. Albeit we stayed whilst a big football match was taking place where there was much celebration

Property was very clean and had nice terrace. Igor messages me on the morning of our stay and kindly provided options to get to property. We took the 8 euro shuttle from airport 30 mins and goes every hour 🙂

Carrying luggage in the stairs is a bit challenging, but it goes with the spirit of the place, which is an old town renovated house.

I would have liked daily cleaning or alternate day cleaning services included in my booking price. There is no elevator so you have to drag your luggage to your room (we had 2 rooms - 1st and 2nd floor) and were very tired. Also there is no cab spot right after the house - you ll have to walk a bit with your luggage etc to get a cab.

Property was good. Location was perfect (right in the center) It was clean. The host was kind enough to let us checkout an hour late. Clean space.
