The floor in the bathroom was pretty dirty and it was not possible to open the window as there was no moskito screen and therefore a scorpion and other large insects found their way into the apartment. Also the sofa (used as 3rd bed) was very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very nice and clean. The food was delicious and varied every day. Also the evenings with kids club and live music were perfect. Pool and sea entry were great.

Its a little overpriced. We had a seaview bungalow nr 309, the location of our bungalow was beautiful but unlike many others our terrace was super close to our neighbours so we lacked a bit of privacy. The bungalow itself could use some touch ups, its not super clean and we experienced very bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom. However the campsite is great, so you won't spend a lot of time inside anyways.

Location is beautiful, grounds well kept, nice sea view bungalow and lots to do for kids. In general the exterior is very pretty. Comfy beds.

The houses / flats are in need of maintenance on the outside, but on the inside they were much better. Dedicated cycle lanes will also be great, because you often have to step off the walkway for cyclists or people on electric steps.

It is a beautiful resort with plenty to enjoy for everyone. Food, drinks, water sports, snorkeling etc. Especially the entertainment areas (restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, sports facilities etc.) are well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff is friendly and hard-working. I personally felt that it was very good value for money.

room had bugs and frog in them 😁 . o think for people who comes late in the evening , they should let next morning to use pool after checking out . because you pay full price and can use it it's closing at 8pm and only reopening at 10am and by 10am you have to be checked out . 🤦🏻‍♀️

very nice and big complex . stayed for 1 night only came around 8pm and needed to check out at 10 am , so couldn't try pool area . lunch and breakfast was nice , lots to choose from. program for all day in the pool , bar , kids club , live music in the evening

Bring bathing shoes as all beaches have big stones!

The couch was fusty/musty, long waiting time at dinner.

Food was 10/10, close to the water, adequate amount of shadow with free beach chairs for the guests.

I’ve booked the place for my parents who are 65 and they were given a cottage with two stars and quite steep stairs which was a bit challenging in the age. I’m confident that this rather bigger place was nice gesture and upgrade and rather appreciate this goodwill. I would have appreciated even more if they had checked the age and assigned single floor accommodation. At the end we booked this based on pictures.

Very nice location, the resort has everything one needs. The staff was very professional and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner provided variety of delicious food options.

The location is a bit isolated. It would have been nice to be able to walk to a town, bars or shops but Rovinj is a little too far for that. There are very limited seats for the evening entertainment, which get snapped up early during the mini disco. People were sitting on the floor but we didn’t want to do that. So this meant when my family were finished eating, we had to call it a night and go to back to the rooms early because there were no seats and no town to walk to. There’s plenty of room for more seats so it would be an idea to add more.

The rooms and surrounding areas are rustic but very clean and tidy. The rooms could do with an update but are kept immaculately. The facilities themselves and really good, especially the pool area. Food was also exceptional and varied. The restaurant was beautifully located with views across the sea. If you can, go on the dolphin boat tour. Fantastic value for money. They guarantee you will see the dolphins and it didn’t disappoint.

Rooms were basic for the price. Came with kitchen utensils but nothing to wash up or other little things that would make life a bit easier. Including beach towels. This all ok if usual practice but good for foreigners to know in advance.

We stayed at the apartment with living room and bathroom on ground floor and two rooms upstairs. It was spacious and perfect layout for us (family with 2 kids). However the bathroom was not very clean. I found hairs stuck on the shower sprinkler and the water didn’t drain fast. 😔 The shower curtain was a bit short, unable to have a proper prevention, so after shower the floor was wet. There was basic cleaning tools left in the room but were quite used. So we couldn’t use them to clean properly.

The pool was fantastic, my kids were attached to it and didn’t want to take a break. The sea was in front of the resort with super easy access to it. it was a rocky beach, which requires rubber shoes to walk on it, but the water was crystal clear. Taking a bath was so relaxing even under the sun. The fact that there was also a path along the seaside, which was perfect for a sunset walk, was very helpful to pass some time after dinner. In the room there was a small kitchen area, where we could prepare simple meals. The staff were very available to our needs.

Every year I tell you and describe it, I even suggested directly to the accommodation that a microwave oven would be very good if it went to the apartments.

This has been our favorite accommodation for more than 10 years. Everything in one place thanks to the large and long beach, it is not crowded. Flexible and helpful staff. Everything was fantastic as usual.

Rooms are old, and are not at the same level of the facility. Food is mediocre and expensive at the main restaurant, while the prices at the bars/caffes are OK.

Great balance of resort size (number of guests) and facilities, enough to do with extras such as banana, slide boat, and included facilities such as the pool and tennis (regular and table). Nice feel of relaxation and great guests

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was clean. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. A great location if you want to spend some time with your children by the sea or just want to take a walk.

I think that sofas should not be considered standard beds. In studios for 3 people, the third person does not have comfort sleep. In appartments for 4 people even 2 person sleep on sofa. This is not fair. I had personal experience and the sofa is small for 2 people, low, hard, divided in the middle. I would also appreciate, that if the resort promises exact appartments they find the way how to make it happen. We were several times ensured, that we can have our favorite app, but at the reception, they treated us, as they did not know anything.

We come every year for almost 20 years, book 3 to four appartments in last years for the whole family. We love the place, beach, park pool.

It was a bit small, but anyways was great.

The resort is so cosy, woth cute little apartments all over the beach. The restaurant and all the food was fantastic with so many different kinds of food. The staff was very kind and the apartments were clean. The best thing is that everything is so close - the beach, restaurant, market… the old town is 7mins with car - worth the visit! And we loved the free deckchairs on the beach.
