We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyNot a bad hotel but not worth the money. Price is too high in my opinion. You can find cheaper hotels/rooms of the same quality in Split. Wi-Fi did not work in the room but the problem was solved by the staff. Reception desk is not 24/7.

AustraliaNeed nameplate outside door to reception otherwise have no idea it's the place. Also the reception door is always closed, needs to have sign saying open. Can be frustrating trying to find where to go. Shutters in bathroom , need to be closed more, as apartment opposite looks straight in when in shower. Not ideal. No soap dispenser in shower and runs out of hot water quickly..
Great location in old town, close to all shops , restaurants etc. Bed comfy, room nice, bathroom nice. Guy at reception was very helpful and friendly

Swedenbooking.com didn't charge my card and they said they sent me email that I will. pay at the place so it took me 45 min to check in and sort out I was charged the tax 5 euro for two , since I was alone one person it should be 2.5

Had a few minor problems when we first arrived but they were put right asap & the gentleman in reception couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable 😊 The private terrace was lovely to sit in with the canopy in case it became too hot , & it did !

The property was in town, on a non vehicle road, with the main old town in immediate walking distance. Late check in worked easily. The room was very clean and had tea and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for better. A very pleasant stay - it’s a shame it was only one night.
