Nothing was wrong with the place at all. Location was perfect, the room was amazing, and the staff, again, was awesome.

The view was amazing! There was a heat wave going on when we arrived, so we used the AC every day. It worked great!! The room was very comfortable and modern. We even had a small fridge, lots of storage and a safe. The best part was the staff. Both people we saw were very nice, gave us some history about the area and suggestions for where to eat and some places to be sure to see while we were there.

There was a bunch of dirt stains on the wall. I was able to wipe off some of it off to see if was permanent. It came off easily. I think the cleaners need to look at the walls to make sure they do not have gunk on them.

The front desk person, Tony, was very helpful and informative. He helped me check in early and answered all of my questions regarding Split. The Hotel was really nice and had an amazing view. It is really close to all the action of Split Croatia. This a small, boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/sink was very clean with lots of space to put stuff.

Not bad, but it's part of a larger building, not a hotel. There's little infrastructure beyond the room itself, which is very comfortable, as clearly stated on their page. Wouldn't say it is luxury though

The staff was exceptional and cleanliness too! Location is great If you want to stay close to the port and close to the old town but still be able to get taxis pick up and drop off at the door (which you cant do if you stay in the old town). Price was fair also since I booked the night before

Breakfast is served in the bar next to the building. Breakfast options you must choos from were not really suitable for us. Only ONE coffee is included. Rest you have to pay. Considering the costs for the appartmemt not OK. The area where the building is not really clean. The fridge door was broken when we arrived and although we told the receptionist it was not repaired. Parking should be included. Next time I would choose another accommodation. Too expensive for the view only.

We paid for a seaside view and weren't disappointed. The room was exactly as expected with good airconditioning and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the historic city centre was amazingly short and it was easy to grab an uber to the beaches. The staff was also super helpful whenever we needed anything!

We stayed at The View Luxury Rooms for five days and had a very pleasant experience. While the hotel doesn't have a grand or luxurious design, it offers excellent value for money and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Split bus station, local restaurants, all major sightseeing spots, the Riva Promenade, and meeting points for local tours. Everything is within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a row of windows offering a lovely view of Split town and the bay. Breakfast is served on the ground floor with friendly service and a menu that offers plenty of variety. I especially want to thank the two receptionists, Toni and Kristina. They were warm, approachable, and very helpful. One morning I mentioned to Kristina that a bathroom downlight had gone out, and by the time we returned in the evening, Toni told us the handyman had already fixed it. We also had two early tour departures and asked Kristina if breakfast boxes could be prepared. The night before the tours, Toni had them ready for us and reminded us to store them in the fridge. They treated us not just as guests, but like friends—caring and thoughtful, which made our stay feel warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt completely at ease. Highly recommended!

The View is part of a large building and they occupy 2 floors near the top of the building which overlook the harbour. There was a conceirge at floor level and Level 8 - both could not have been more helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant/bar at floor level which again was lovely and had great staff. We arrived late and this was no problem for The View. The conceirge on Floor 8 when to great lengths to give us recommendations to visit like the changing of the guard at midday etc. It really does have a great view! Great location - 6 minute walk from promenade, market and city centre. Very Quiet because you are so high up! Alot of people we met were disappointed with hotels within the city as they were very noisey from the various restaurants and bars. You certainly did not have this problem from The View.

Can't fault anything.

The location was central to all amenities with about 8-10 min walk to Split City centre. The room was spacious with excellent views. The staff were very prompt with quick communication. They waited for late checkin and provided free parking facilities both on arrival and for overnight stay due to sudden change of our plans. They also organized surprise Champagne celebration for my wife's birthday which was fantastic, thanks for the generosity. The breakfast was also good with nice food selections. Overall great hospitality and we have a wonderful holiday experience at Split.

My room is right next to the front desk, so I can hear the noise and chatting from inside, but it didn't bother us a lot fortunately.

The staff were nice and gave us recommendations on food and where to go. Quick and easy check-in, with clear instructions, especially on the parking arrangement. The view is amazing, I like the windows are big and openable. Toilet is good with an appropriate sized shower - good water pressure and temperature.
