I loved the clear and concise communication with the host and how they answered all of my questions in advance. The room is elegant and cosy and they had my favorite nespresso machine which was a big bonus. For me everything was perfect and will definitely come back if I have the chance. Thanks Petra!

Not that it is negative, but the glass fitted bathroom could be a bit disturbing if you are not a couple or very close friends. The third bed (sofa) not as comfortable as the big double bed.

Perfect location, very comfortable matress, duvets, pillows, coffee in the room, parking in front of accommodation, all needed facilities and comfort. Very clean and luxury. Keyless rooms (lock with code only). Hospitable host with all information provided in advance. If I visit Split, I will definitely choose same place.

It would have been nice if the property had at least a mini fridge. However, this did not detract from my stay.

This is a simple boarding house essentially for a few nights' stay. I enjoyed my time. The bed was comfortable and the property was near everything that I needed. Close to town, Diocletian's Palace and a number of amenities.

Could have been better priced, parking was too expensive 15 euros per day. They should give better pricing for the parking.

Very nice rooms in a good spot very close to Split old town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Service was excellent and check-in/out easy. Well suitable for a group of three couples.

The room was large, beautiful and very clean. Location was also great since it was a short 10 min walk to the historic centre. Was very happy each room had AC since I visited during a high heat period. Communication with the proprietor, Petra, was also quick and easy. She helped arrange a taxi to the airport on my last day. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The only downside was the glass wall to the bathroom, which felt awkward and not to our taste.
