Location, it is perfect and easy to go out, enjoy the city

No towels, and no rules for guests, so guest are rude and make a lot noise, problem easy if every guest receive one guide about respect with colleagues

Staff didn’t help carry luggage. The steps were too tiny to get up if you have big cases and the beds were very uncomfortable.

I liked the stone walls, staff were friendly. Good location which was very central.

Everything felt dated. Number 5 locker door could be easily pulled open after locking it. No towels. Do expect loud music till late o’clock

The location is very central and good for a group. The staff were also accommodating.

The bathroom situation is not good. The toilet was broken, and there were no locks.

Washroom

Comfortable bed. We liked the benches they had to leave your bags. Great location.

The bathroom is too small for 8 people. Just one shower and one toilet for so many people. There was no space or hangers to hang your clothes while having a shower. Too noisy at night, there is a bar in the ground floor that plays loud music. The door downstairs was always open, anyone can enter and use the toilets or even come to the room. No security at all.

The receptionist is the worst I have ever come across. I actually got to the location at 10am. Before arriving, I messaged if I could already check in by the time I arrive which going to be 10am. I got a feedback that check in was going to be after 3pm. I got there and the receptionist showed me where I could leave my luggage. She told me that the rooms where not yet ready and that she will inform or call me when it's ready. I went for a walk and came back by 11am. I sat at the reception for over 3 hours. After 2pm she went out and came back and told me the room was ready. When I got to the room, I met 3 guys there and I tried to find out if the beds (8) or room was fully booked. They said no and that only 1 person just signed out. I was left to wonder why the lady didn't allow me to check in mindful of the fact that there was enough space and empty beds and she would have rather kept me waiting at the reception for several hours. I found this absolutely bad and not sure I will ever go there and iI wouldn't recommend to anyone else. If I knew that it wasn't going to be possible to check in earlier, I would have gone to somewhere else. In addition, the wooden floor was old and when someone woke up to visit the bathroom, the footsteps noice from the wooden floor wakes up everyone. Some of this feedback can be ignored but when you get into a property and the receptionist start by treating you this bad, you tend to be very observant and no room for tolerance as well.

Cheap and Best. It will best suit you, if you are looking for a place to rest in the night when sun is down.

Entrance looks really bad

The place is very exceptional! Comfortable and quite near with the beach and the sea organ. It's literally everything around this place. The staff is very helpful and considerate. Definitely will choose this place again for my stay in Zadar.

The kitchen is too high (level 4), but that is very minor issue.

There is only one bathrom for both women and men to share, which is not clean and it is small...

Amazing location. Right at the edge of the old town. Easy access to the beaches, bars and old town. A/C in rooms.

Only minor was the description mentions towels. We'd brought our own for the beach but couldn't see any towels.

If you’re a light sleeper, the noise from the bars downstairs may bother you
