Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IrelandLoved our stay at the Swanky in Zagreb. It certainly has a lot to offer. The room was very clean, great bathroom.and shower. There's a good healthy breakfast to be had on site. The staff are super friendly and make sure your stay is comfortable. We stayed at the weekend in August and the noise level in our room.was not disturbing. The bar is quirky, there is a garden terrace which I loved. There's also a rooftop pool for a cool down. The food in the restaurant was very good. Really enjoyed our stay at the very well located Swanky.

United KingdomRooms are on the first floor so involves dragging luggage up a flight of stairs as there’s no lift. Was fine for us but for older travellers may be a challenge!
Great location for exploring Zagreb. The accommodation is quite basic but it has everything you need for a short visit. Staff are all really friendly and there is a great breakfast included. You also get some free drinks vouchers for the bar which is a nice touch. For the price it’s great value and would recommend for a short break.

United KingdomIt's quite challenging and confusing to find the room, which is located down the street away from the reception, in a small courtyard with other unrelated buildings, and in a non descript, rather old building.
Convenient location and fuss free check in and check out. The room has everything you need and the air conditioning works well (a big plus). The curtains block out light very well too. It would be a bit of a squeeze to have a 3rd adult in the room - the futon/single sofa bed is definitely more suitable for a child or teenager. The breakfast is incredible!!! Delicious fusion flavours and great service. The pool and bar looked lovely too, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as we were only there for a night.
