Amazing balcony!!

There were no curtains so the room was bright from outside lights during the night... Easily fixed if I had brought an eye mask with me! While the room is very clean, the furniture and facilities are a little old and dated. Just two small issues, I would still highly recommend a stay in this property!

This place is worth booking for the view alone! Zana was a fabulous host, she had our room ready for an earlier than usual check in time. The room was quiet spacious, with a little kitchenette and huge balcony with a gorgeous view of Lokrum island and the old town. The room itself was exceptionally clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The property is only a ten minute walk from the old town so perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik.

Žana was an excellent and the room was very spacious and clean! The terrace was perfect with an amazing view. We walked down to the beach that wasn’t crowded at all and would definitely stay here again!

Maybe the road has many cars, but there is AC and the windows are isolating, its is really well equiped

It being a little far from old town but still just a 15 mins leisurely walk, it was a problem when I reached and had to walk in 37 degrees. But later on I planned my walk back home at late evenings and it was a beautiful walk.

Everything is just perfect about this place. You can feel like you are home that has everything and a better view. Wi fi is excellent, all amenities are present, a full kitchen is available, clean towels and sheets, some toys for kids and candies. Bonje beach is just 10 mins walk which is the best thing

EVERYTHING! My partner and I loved everything about this apartment - we stayed in two different rooms due to us going to Korcula for a week. Zana was very friendly and accommodating and did little extras like leaving us a delicious beer in the fridge and sweets. Cannot recommend this place enough - beautiful views and close to old town. Stay here you won't regret it

Nothing - people walking badly should notice there are steep stairs to the apartment, but not a problem for us at all and perfect to live upstairs with a great view

The most kindly host ever! A really nice apartment. Wonderful view, very clean, well equipped kitchen, nice shower and a comfortable bed. Close to the old city, the beach, a great place to swim and jump from the rocks and to a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to everyone

I stayed at Apartments Sv. Jakov from July 4 to 5 and had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent—15 minutes on foot to Old Town and just 5 minutes to Banje Beach. The host was very kind and even stored our luggage after check-out. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit of a walk to restaurants but there is a grocery close by which is walkable.

Everything was perfect!

Zana and the apartment were an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed—it was truly like visiting a friend. I was even able to check in earlier than expected, which was a huge bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and wonderfully spacious. Zana had thought of everything; the apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, including extra toiletries, travel plugs, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets, and fresh towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals (though I did not cook). And the view! It was absolutely breathtaking. Sipping coffee or wine while overlooking Lokrum Island was a highlight of my stay. The location couldn't be better, with Old Town just a convenient 10-15 minute walk away. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely apartment for anyone visiting the area!

There was nothing we didn't like. We liked everything!

Zana was a wonderful host. We received a very warm welcome & our apartment was available earlier than expected, which was great. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable & we had everything you could possibly want. Nice little touches... a small jar of sweets, toiletries, travel plugs etc... plenty of toilet rolls, extra pillow, fresh towels. The shower was very good too. We didn't do any cooking but everything looked clean & there appeared to be plenty of cutlery etc. The view is amazing & although the property overlooks a small road, it isn't very busy & when you close the shutters & doors to the balcony at night, the apartment is totally quiet. It was lovely to sit on the balcony & enjoy the view & watch the swallows swooping. The property is surrounded with pretty flowers & a lemon tree & looks across to the island of Lokrum. WiFi had a good strong connection & there was air conditioning, although we didn't need to use it. We had plenty of space to put our belongings too. Definitely recommend this lovely apartment. It's in a great location & very easy to walk into the town.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was stunning—such a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing loads of local recommendations, plus leaflets and a map to help us explore the area. They also provided shower essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. We were able to check in early to suit our flight times, which made everything so much easier. If I come back to Dubrovnik, I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
