the building is new, the flat is spacious, equipped, comfortably enough for 6 people. it has nice views from the third floor. Quiet locality. you can park nearby on the grass. Sara was very kind. There is a good Market across the street open till 10pm. Restaurant Stari Rybar 200m away. The pool we did not try.

very low pressure of the water on the 3rd floor. sometimes nearly impossible to take a shower. there are 4 flats in the house and you can hear the neighbors. Not enough parking places on the site. I dont like double blankets, rather two simple. Mosquito nets would be nice.

Beautiful and clean apartment. Everything was just perfect. They gave us keys from garage, so we used it for storage of bikes and boat. Thank you for perfect vacation :)

We used the apartment as a hub for our daily trips by car - there are plenty of wonderful places in Istria. The apartment is luxurious, with nice design, clean and well equipped, really nothing to mis. After long day you just dip into the pool, switch on air conditioning and enjoy drink with the ice from the ice machine. Kitchen is fully equipped too. Towels and sheets were changed after 5 days which is not smth you get everywhere. We had apartment with the sea view and we did have perfect sea view 180 degrees. Garden is wonderful, parking available, supermarket nearby. In general very calm place. Owners are very friendly, we were lucky and honored to taste their wine and olive oil. Sara was available for any questions.

Just a note - it is a bit far from any beach, but by car you have access to zillion beaches in Istria.

Amazing apartments! So clean, so beautiful, very comfortable, very especial. I enjoyed it with my big family a lot. You just relaxing being there, superior pool helps with it. Definitely it was above the expatations. Super.

The apartment is incredibly modern super-luxe. The kitchen is top notched and better stocked than ours at home. The bathrooms, living room, kitchen, patios are all showroom condition. It felt like we were staying in an apartment from a design magazine. My wife has to cook her food every day and says this was the best kitchen she's ever cooked at. It had all the accoutrements and even some staples (sugar, salt, pepper, etc). The modern fridge is American family sized and the panini grill instead of a toaster has ruined simple toasters for us, forever. The pool is equally as well designed and luxurious. There were ample day beds, gorgeous landscaping, jacuzzi style bubbles on the seats and even an outdoor shower for rinsing off afterwards. The owners are super kind. Their family greeted us as we pulled up to the building, were constantly in contact with us to make sure there was never an issue with anything and even mailed my computer charger to me after leaving it there. By far, the best part was the multiple patios looking out over the peninsula and the sea. There was comfortable patio furniture and the cool breeze at night made sitting out there watching the sunset an unforgettable experience. It's all too often that you find apartments that are made for renting with just the right amount of care put into it to make it look great in the pictures but is cheaply executed. Apartments Sara is not that. It's clear the owners built this place for themselves.

I have to say it: No elevator to the third floor. I didn't expect one and people who do (in Europe) are pampered, but it must be stated.
