Everything is great.

Everything about the property is simply great! - Rooms were very neat and clean with everything that you need during your stay was available. - Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking. - Swimming Pool, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool were very clean. - Host is a nice person who understands what hospitality means is always ready to help his guests to ensure they feel like home. - Location is good with a grocery shop and bakery just 2 mins walk. Bus stop is also 2 mins walk from where you can get buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (30 mins frequency). - Spectacular sunset views from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

We had the most amazing stay, the only part we didn’t love so much was having to leave. Tomislav and his wife are the most wonderful hosts you’ll ever meet, very friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to make sure you’re okay. He picked us up from the airport which we weren’t expecting either. We’re already planning to come back.

One of the best booking so far that we've made! Tomislav is a really great host and a very kind person! Easy to contact. Great service: a shuttle to the airport for free. This place is very good for families with the swimming pool. Groceries is just near by. Great view. Bus is just near the place, easy to go to cavtat and old town.

Location was brilliant, 2.5kms from the centre of cavtat, 5 mins on a bus which went every 30mins, could walk in to town in 25mins, also could walk into the mountains if you wished

Nothing not to like

The owners Tomislav and Petra genuinely cared about their guests. Their warmth, kindness, friendliness, and attention to detail went above and beyond. There was a fantastic relaxed atmosphere at the resort, and it felt very safe with the owners always around the premises. Apartments and pool area were spotless, a lovely personal touch in area beside pool with little kitchenette and guests fridge , ice machine and bbq. Location excellent-close to airport, bus stop (3 min walk) and supermarket 2min walk. Did not hear planes at night and planes flying overhead during day was a novelty for kids. Only 2 floors so felt very safe for kids and not too many people coming and going. Tomislav and Petra created a wonderful, social and friendly atmosphere for both adults and kids, which made our holiday so special and we left with full hearts

N/A Everything exceeded our Expectations

Location was super,shop,bus stop and airport within minutes of each other. Very beautiful area with Amazing Views. Pool was immaculate and as were sunbeds. Outside dining area was a real fabulous 👌 suprise with plenty of space etc. Coffee always on hand every morning by the Beautiful Petra and Tomas. Also Barbecue area which the Hosts cooked for us 😋 💯 D Real Deal.

The neighbour across the street. Just kidding (maybe). No, but really the place was awesome. Thank you Tomislav so much for making us feel like home. Our stay was really, really unforgettable and something we will remember when we're old.

We loved the host and the place we were staying! Also the views and the food was very good and nearby. Tomislav was the best host we could have asked for! Really made our stay here unforgettable. If you ever consider to visit Croatia and plan to stay in Sun Haven Apartments we really REALLY recommend to stay in here. If we ever visit Croatia again we are 100% sure where to stay. Thank you so much Tomi for making our stay unforgettable. About the host: He will be there whenever you need help, whether you need a good place to eat (which he will be able to tell you, the place that he recommends is a unforgettable diamond that I will not tell, you need to ask him), or a good beach or just company to chill out you can count on Tomi. He really made our stay unforgettable. A whole 5/5 stars. The shop is like really 50 meters away and there is a bakery also like 50 meters away. The bus stop to Cavtat or to Dubrovnik is also about 50 meters away and costs about ~3 euros. The pool area is quiet and chill at the apartments and you can stay 'till 11pm.

Pool was smaller than expected however it was still lovely.

host was really lovely and was constantly checking up to see if there’s any problems. Room was bigger than expected. Lovely location about a 5 minute drive to Cavtat town. Parking was free and provided. Local supermarket was less than a minute walk. Lovely views of sunset especially.

The property was in a perfect location. It was a 1 minute walk from a shop, a restaurant, and a cheap bus that ran every 30 mins to both Dubrovnik and Cavtat. It is a family run business that felt more like we were adopted into their family for a week rather than just staying at some random hotel. We got lots of recommendations for what to do whilst we were there to make the most of our trip as well as some very interesting history of the country. The apartment was perfect with fresh towels, air conditioning, a fully kitted kitchen, TV, WiFi and more. Facilities around included a gym, sauna and in that heat a much needed pool!

We liked everything about the property

Just returned from a fabulous week. 3 families in 3 separate apartments was perfect for us. From the moment we booked, Tomislav was more than helpful with any questions we had. He collected us and dropped us back to the airport. The apartments were clean and modern and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and mostly had it to ourselves. The bus stop is less than a minute’s walk and takes you to the beautiful Cavtat or to Dubrovnik. There is also a shop close by for buying the essentials.

Huge spacious apartment. Tomi was so hospitable, lovely genuine fellow. Place was clean and great facilities. Pool, sauna, gym all got used! Kids in the playground too. Super market 2 minute walk. 5 minute drive to airport which was handy for flying home. The close by Cavtat is beautiful village too. Highly recommend this property.

The host,Tomislav was great,very friendly and helpfull,gave us many recommendations on what to see in the area.The facilities were super...amazing pool,communal kitchen with ice machine and very spacious apartment! The location was great too,handy for Dubrovnik,Cavtat and many amazing beaches.The welcome gift of selection of fresh fruit was a nice touch too.We loved our stay and hope we go back one day!

Set just outside of Cavtat with a magnificent view of the bay. Wonderful clean pool and brilliant room facilities. Apartment very well kitted out and everything was so clean. Tomislav is a fabulous host too!
