The kitchenette was in the bedroom which felt a little cramped, but the balcony made up for it.

The accommodation was a five minute walk from the main walled city and we chose it for the lovely balcony looking across to the port. It was great to be able to have our meals outside. Our host lived just below and was very friendly and helpful when needed.

It was not easy to carry the big heavy luggage into the room as the stairs were quite small. Wifi wasn’t great, especially in the evening. We don’t like the smell of the bed. No shower gel or shampoo.

The owner was lovely and very nice. Very close to the big supermarket. Quiet place and 10 minutes walking to the city centre.

Excellent location. Friendly host. Ivanka made us lovely plum cake and made us feel very welcome. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Small apartment, but had everything we needed and lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun and watch the cruise ships coming and going.

It was really central. Far enough away by a few minutes not to hear hustle and bustle of busy streets. Ivanka and her Son were fantastic and made everything possible. Really nice people. Palace and Green Market close . Bed/pillows comfy.

Great it had a kitchen but it is super small, we struggled to make basic egg breakfasts and sandwiches but we made do, I wouldn’t recommend it if planning to eat lots of meals at home during the holiday but otherwise wouldn’t be a problem.

Perfect location, loved that we were able to travel back during the day if we needed to easily and it didn’t feel like hassle. It was clean and a great choice for our stay.

The location of the property is excellent, walking distance from the port, the Diocletian Palace and bars and restaurants. We stayed in the comfort room which was clean and comfortable and quiet, although the bathroom was rather dated and the towels provided were very small and quite rough and threadbare. Ivanka is a very amenable host, although her English is limited; she speaks German and Croatian. The internet was rather hit and miss whilst we were there, the explanation given was that other guests were streaming movies/working from their room but we weren’t convinced. We didn’t use the tv but it looked like it was also dependant on streaming so would probably not have worked whilst we were there. It’s possible that the WiFi isn’t sufficient for the whole property. We enjoyed our stay and it was ideal for what we were looking for.

Considering the limited space in the studio and our need for twin beds, each bed was quite narrow for taller individuals. However, this wouldn't deter us from returning, as they were very comfortable, nevertheless.

We recently stayed in this lovely studio and couldn't have been happier! The location is perfect - central yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful escape after a day of exploring. The studio is not only practical but beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (even a washing hanger). I especially enjoyed the terrace and partial harbor view, which added to the charm. The place was impeccably clean, and our host Ivanka and her son Mladen were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful getaway!

The balcony wasn’t in the room (which isn’t a big deal) but it would have been nice to have an attached balcony. There are also 3 flights of stairs so if you have large suitcase this might be a challenge

The location is in a quiet residential street close to the tourist center and old town. the owner/host was very nice and helpful, and responded very fast to any questions. the room was very authentic cozy clean and cute.

Hob was a little dodgy!

Excellent facilities. So close to everything in Split. Even if you don’t use the washing machine you can use the lines to hang up towels/wet clothes. Beautiful morning sun on the terrace until around 12!

Lovely site, like being a guest in their home. Gorgeous terrace for meals or snack times, reading or chatting. Location perfect for being off the busy ocean frontage, but close enough to pop in and out during day. Close to local vege and flower markets too. Very well equipped kitchen. Felt safe and secure.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and just minutes from the Diocletian's Palace, with supermarkets and bakeries nearby too. The host, Ivanka was so helpful and friendly. The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy the shade with a view of the port. The aircon and shower all worked well.

Hard to find need detail map or better instructions to follow from bus stop. For example cross street go up entrance follow until. …up staircase turn right Once located easy to get around. Recommend a large sign outside it is the apartment
