Josip has been very kind, giving us precious advices about restaurants and key points of Split. The apartment is located in a very good position, basically everything is reachable by walking, it’s very close to the city center but also to Bacvice beach. Very recommended.

Josip is an amazing host. The room is perfect for two people and the location too. I recommend it without hesitation for everyone that wants to visit Split.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Room Helena. Everything was clean and whatever we needed we could find in the room. Location was also close to everything so for 5-10 minutes we reached every place we wanted to go. Josip was really friendly and really professional on his work. He would always reply fast whenever I would text him and also took his time to tell us all the places near the accomodation and good restaurants. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Really nice room with good air conditioning and a big bed

The place is in a great location, walking distance to all the hotspot's in Split. Has everything you need even kettle, cutlery, coffee & tea. The highlight is the owner Josip he was so welcoming and kind. Gave us lots of advice of places to go and places to eat. Five stars for hosting and kindness!

The property was in a very good location, very clean and comfortable. The host Josip was lovely and made us feel very welcome. There was a fridge and TV in the room as well as cutlery and plates which was helpful

Josip was a great host. Had many recommendations for what to do, and even went out of his way to guide me to free parking a few blocks away. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the old town and way more food options than I was able to try.

Really nice host! Would definitely recommend staying here. I was here for 14 days and the location is amazing, 5-10min walk from the city centre. You can take a bus near you that will drive you anywhere. I had the apartment for myself because I was travelling alone, a perfect place to stay for 1 person. It got everything you need. The host even recommends some nice restaurants that were really good.

The location is perfect. The old town is 5min walk away. Beach 10min walk. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and gave us tips on places to go. And if we needed anything we could just text them (the matress was hard for my friend so they got us an extra one) etc. The place is spotless. No bugs in sight. AC works great. They had towels, hairdryers, mugs and glasess and a fridge in the room to keep drinks in the cool.

Absolutely perfect location just a few minutes walk from Diocletian’s palace, but it was nice and quiet at night. The host Josip was excellent at communicating before we arrived and gave us lots of useful info when we checked in.

The room was very comfortable, clean, with everything you need for a quiet stay. It is located in the historic center. The beaches are very close.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The location is fantastic - just a 5 minute walk from the old town and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The wifi is fast (I had to work from home during our trip and it was great). However, it was the host that really sells this place for me. During our trip, my partner fell ill. Josip, our host, called around clinics and booked an appointment (after asking us if this was ok) and even drove us to the appointment! (To be clear, this is a separate apartment, and by host I mean the person managing the booking, you have the whole place to yourself). His advice on restaurants, beaches and bars were all hits too! There were even a couple of beers and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived.

Honestly, nothing was wrong.

Modern property, perfect for a short stay in Split

Location is perfect, staff was really nice and easy to get in touch with.

Ant-infestation.. found them everywhere. It seemed they had some equipment to get rid of the bugs, but we were not made aware of any of this before experiencing it for ourselves. Also the bed were hard (and only with one bedsheet as duvet) which we do not prefer.

only minor points, but the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking and the occasional noise from the street late at night.

Very nice host and great location

Our room was very modern and clean with a fridge and TV. The location was perfect, easy to reach all the landmarks in Split. Angela was super friendly and helpful , she gave good tips about local restaurants to dine out. Definitely would return next year!
