This cosy studio checks all the boxes for me: location, amenities and views. Opening the windows, you are treated to fresh sea breezes & the opportunity for excellent people-watching. The bathroom smacks of a new renovation, with a generous walk-in shower and HUGE jetted tub (complete with LED lights)! The air con works great and there’s plenty of hot water. The bed sleeps comfortably and you can fix simple meals via the kitchenette. Loran (your host) speaks impeccable English and provides helpful beach/ restaurant tips. 10/10 I’d stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Rovinj! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to explore the charming town. There was nothing I didn’t like about the apartment.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the main car park, the town square and the harbour. The space that comes with the apartment is about 15 minutes walk away. For me, the main attraction was the spectacular view of the sunset, the sea and the church on the hill. The apartment was extremely well-decorated in a modern style but with some traditional twists. It had everything you would need for a relaxing break. A huge bathroom, including a jacuzzi (with a view of the sea), a compact kitchen area with various electrical appliances, a large fridge and table and two chairs, two window seats (with amazing views) and a two-seater leather sofa, plus a desk or dressing table and a wardrobe. The owner was very helpful and there were several area information books in the drawers. I would never tire of sitting by the window, admiring the fabulous view. The bed was very comfortable and the water and was always hot.

Perfect location in the old town of Rovinj. You can really feel the vibe of the town if you book this accomodation. You can reach shops, restaurants, bars in a walking distance. Free Parking was also arranged by the host and it was cca. 10 min. walk from the property. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need. The view from the windows is just spectacular and the jacuzzi was also a great surprise. The host, Loran is very kind and helpful. He suggested restaurants, bars and even some daily excursion tips in Istria.

The weather 🤣 it rained almost our whole stay but the view from the window seats made even that pleasant. Had a little trouble getting the stopper to work in the tub but we managed.

Location was great, easy walk to everything! Nice to have the nespresso machine and we were even able to make dinner in the apt. Kitchen though small is well equipped and has everything you need. Shower is luxurious!

Loran was a fantastic host in every way; recommendations for restaurants, free parking, late check out. Apt was very comfortable and classy decor, great view, comfy bed, super shower, central location, quiet, well equipped. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Apartment itself was modern and well fitted out although we did find the bed a bit hard and toilet seat very large!

The host was exceptional in his timely responses to queries, as well as offering suggestions for points of interests, eateries etc. A very well appointed apartment with good quality appliances and wares, a double spa bath and plenty of amenities. Great views out to the sea and marina and walking distance to everything. Host also provided free parking a short walk away which was a real bonus. The in-house olive oil was very good!

I wouldn’t search further in Rovinj. This place is spectacular. The view from the windows are exceptional and you are in walking distance to everything you need. You don‘t need to go for sunset boat trips - you can watch it every evening from bed. We will definitely be back!

I would like to rate this place as 20 out of 10! Impeccably clean and aesthetically decorated, this property is a hidden gem in Rovinj. Loran is a genuinely cordial host. He has attention to every little details.

Honestly, the apartment and host were great! The only thing we didn't enjoy about our visit to Rovinj was the seagulls which were so aggressive that they stole my gelato...twice. The blame for that is the other tourists over the years who have felt it was cute to feed the crazy birds.

Loran met us in a location for free parking and gave us a ride to the location. Once there, he helped us with our luggage to our room and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The fully equipped room itself was perfect for us. The idyllic location couldn't have been better. Nearly every place you could want to go within the city is a short walk from the apartment. Inside the room, the scenic views over the sea and the city walls provided some amazing picturesque views. Every time we looked out the window we felt we needed to take a picture. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Wifi worked well. We would definitely hope to stay here again if and when we return to Rovinj, which BTW, is a fabulous city worth the visit.

This is the best spot in Rovinj to see the old town, the sea and the sunsets. Don’t bother looking at anywhere else…this is the place you want to be. Also, Loren is a great host who will give you many tips about what to see and where to go. This is a premium place to stay.

Nothing, studio is perfect! A rare find!

Studio is decorated in classy hipster style. It has everything a visitor would need, down to the smallest detail. Smart TV with multiple streaming options. No issue with noise or bed. Loran is a wonderful host and he’s close by to help. Great communication. His free secure private parking is an easy and pleasant 10 mins walk along the scenic water front (slight gradual uphill going to the car). Otherwise, pay public parking directly across is handy for unloading luggage. Tried 2 of Loran's recommendations: Giannino is fantastic and right behind the studio; La Puntulina has awesome sea front view and good food (and Michelin mentioned).

Our stay at Luxury Studio 936 was wonderful! I give this studio my highest recommendation. Loran was such a welcoming, gracious host. He was very responsive to our questions and requests and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The studio was even better than the photos. It was arranged and decorated with attention to detail. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was the best. The location on the edge of old town was super convenient to everything. This beautiful studio was perfect for a romantic get away. We loved this studio and hope to return for a future visit.

Loran has an extraordinary commitment to communication and service to his guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have everything they need. He picked us up from a free parking spot he provided, he took us back to our car when we needed to leave. He helped in every way possible and was immediately and thoughtfully responsive whenever we reached out to him. His recommendations were fantastic. We've stayed in airbnb's and booking.com rentals all over the world and have not had a better host than Loran. As for his apartment? Top shelf! Loran has an exquisite eye for comfort and style. His apartment is a feast in every thoughtful detail. Studio 936 can not be beat if you're planning a visit to exquisite romantic Rovinj. Truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had anywhere.
