The room was spacious with a bathroom and small separate kitchen Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Straightforward self check-in/out. Host lives adjacent to apartment and was available if needed - though we didn’t need to contact her.

The apartment is a short walk away from the nearest bus stop from the airport. You are very close to all you have to explore in Split without being in the noisy/ busy part of town. Living like a Split local.

Slightly loud outside, but that is out of their control. A lot quieter than when I stayed within the old palace walls of Split.

Lovely big room with everything you need. Instructions to getting to the room were brilliant. Brilliant location, minutes from the palace walls.

Everything was good. I was glad that there was a coffee machine as well as filter papers and coffee available. But it took a little while to find out where to place the coffee machine in the tiny kitchen. An extension lead would have been helpful.

The location is very central and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great little studio near Old Town. It was ideal for our three night stay in Split. It is compact especially in the kitchen but it’s well equipped for the size.

It can get busy around the area with all the tourists so it can be a bit loud. I even had Chinese tourists grabbing the door handle roughly late at night a couple of times, trying to get into my apartment, even though I tried to explain to them that they needed to read the address, not the google maps. They still came back with a man who seemed even more confused than them. We sorted it out in the end with the owner on the phone, and they found their hotel. It was funny, but it didn't bother me much :) .

Great location, clean, comfortable, and it has just what's needed, including washing machine and a stove. Early check-in is always a bonus.

Just remember to turn on the water heater upon entrance if you find it turned off, so that it's ready for when you want your shower. (But that goes for any stay using water heaters.)

Comfortable, clean, close to old town center but not too close to loud bars etc. The studio had a private bathroom and small kitchen corner + laundry machine. Smooth self check in and very practical for our short stay.

A lovely clean and spacious apartment super close to the old town, we really felt comfortable here. Thank you Mirja for great communication and providing a perfect base to explore Split from. We loved getting lost in the little alleyways and we found the area just magic! Comfortable bed, kitchen to prepare meals and a great shower. Fantastic aircon too! It was very easy for us to walk to from the main bus terminal and we were able to explore everything by foot - beach, palace, museums, restaurants. We felt safe, cozy and had a peaceful stay!! Perfect.

Cosy, comfortable, with a lovely outdoor seating area and garden. Location is excellent: close to the centre of Split, in a quiet neighbourhood. Mirja is a gracious host. Thoroughly recommended.

Very clean and spacious. Air con was a godsend. Kitchen well equipped included washing machine and can dry clothes in owners garden, iron and ironing board. Local amenities close by. Owner has a small garden with table and chairs that you are welcome to use. Owner very nice, friendly and attentive.

The kitchen is a bit small but fine to cook a basic meal.

Location close to Diocletian palace and old town major attractions. The check in instructions were very clear. The host was really helpful. Our questions were addressed very fast.Most importantly the room has a A/C which made our life easier in scorching heat. Perfect place to stay for a couple!

Great location in the cozy neighborhood of Varoš. Quiet, yet close to all the sights and fun. Host was really attentive, kind, and easy to reach.

I had preferred a little more space in the apartment.

Apartment centrally located. Compact living. Clean with all facilities. To many tourists in Split but good possibilities to reach most islands with a ferry.

If you are a light sleeper I would recommend you to skip this place. Since it is located in the main center you can hear early in the morning and/or late at night people arriving or leaving with their suitcases on the rocky roads. In our case was not a problem.

Great location, right next to the old town. The apartment is quite new. The self check in and check out was quite easy and convenient. The bed is very comfortable. The towels were new. The kitchen was well equipped. I really enjoyed this stay and I highly recommend it.

The unit was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was close to the ocean, restaurants, street food, and attractions. It had a lovely little garden with chairs to sit outside. Mirja even provided even provided insect-repellant. There is also a kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, and coffee maker.
