Since it is an old building in the historic center, it hasn't been built to provide the highest grade of isolation and thus it is definitely not soundproof. It didn't help that the floor above us had a couple of children who were constantly screaming and running around late at night and early in the morning. As I saw these complaints multiple times after reading back reviews it's safe to assume they are living there and were not hotel guests. Definitely not the hosts fault, she was super sweet and helping, but if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem. This was the reason we decided to switch hotels after 2 nights and also reminded me why I don't want to have kids ;).

The host was super welcoming and made sure we could enter our room hours before the given check in time. The room itself is cute and nicely decorated and has a small kitchen with a fridge (you can't cook yourself but there are supermarkets and bakeries etc all around). Location was perfect, 4 minutes from the bus station and 1 minute from the sea/city center. We loved Rovinj and I would recommend staying here.

Close in to the bus station and right in the heart of town. Cute room with great amenities; super shower! The double-panes window kept out street noise.

Nothing, it was like we expected it.

Nice and cozy place with a very nice host! Location is great, right in the city center. Windows are soundproof. Bed was very comfortable. There was a safe place in the backyard for our bicycles. For preparing a small breakfast there was everything we needed.

The apartment is beautiful and well-kept. The location is great as well, as it is in the middle of the old town. The owner of the apartment is extremely kind and helpful (for example, guests may use their private courtyard to hang their laundry and use their umbrellas in case of rain).

Very nice design, perfect position, in a very quiet area. The windows are situated towards the inner yard, the high quality windows don’t let any sound to pass. One of the most sound proofing property that i booked. The room was very good sound proofed as well, as the construction is made from stone. We could dry our swiming clothes in the inner yard, plenty of space for this need for all guests. I could park the car on Zone2, 500 m distance from the property and payed 15eur/day-cheap for Rovinj. Anyway, even if the parking would have been hard to find, as a general idea, is not correct and right to blame the property for that, as well as for other disturbing things, like noises from guests, etc. The property is only responsable for providing the guests rooms like in the pictures and a good location. Making the guests feeling like home, would be a pleasent surprise, and we had it: very nice lady, whising to help us in any matter.

Our room was exceptionally clean and spotless. It smelled and looked amazing. Sound isolation was very good due to the fact that the window was facing the street. Owner is very kind and friendly, definitely will be returning to this place.
